Alot of options near by, few miles from the port

The location was one of the best parts. You literally just walk across the street, and within two or three minutes, you're right on Miami Beach. It made getting to and from the beach incredibly easy while still having everything we needed right at the hotel. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with great amenities and an awesome location near the beach. We’ll definitely be back!

The room is clean but I wish it were a little spacier. I couldn’t find a pen and paper to write notes. The lack of hotel parking spaces forced me to find overnight parking 9 blocks away. It was inconvenient and an unpleasant experience.

A special thank you to the housekeeping team—they were absolutely amazing! They were always kind, hardworking, and kept everything spotless. They truly made our stay even better. The only area that could be improved is the front desk. The staff were polite when we asked questions, but they weren’t very welcoming. A simple smile or greeting when guests arrive or leave would make a big difference and create a warmer first impression. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

No ramp to bring luggage in

All the rooms at this place are small and the same size.

Staff were all amazing, esp Adan who helped us with our luggages. We had a problem in room 412, where the sliding door in the bathroom doesn't closed all the way and it made a squeaky sound as you open and close it. We also keep hitting our shins on the wooden corner of the bed.

Great location but I reserved a non smoking room. When going into the bathroom, it was clear that someone had smoked in the bathroom. When my husband brought the issue up to the front desk, the manager stated he could spray the bathroom. Really....That's not taking care of issue. Will not be back.
