Well my only issue at first was the pots and stove for the first unit I was in , but when I was moved to another unit I was ok with the ones there.

very clean and nice rooms. next to a lot of shopping and restaurants and right next to the beach. definitely would book again!

Nothing just how close it was to beach No parking Room 1 room infested with bugs all over bed/everywhere I walked in and walked back out I was itching from seeing the bugs Room 2 toilet not flushing and had like a air humidifier look like mold was in ceiling I have photos and video

FIRST OF ALLL THERE WAS A construction NEAR BY AO IT WAS LOUD DURING MORNING. ROOM WAS OKAY BUT TGE FLOOR WAS ALL BROKEN.

La mayor queja es sobre la bulla a media noche. Deben de poner carteles afuera del edificio y en los pasillos de no hacer bulla después de cierta hora. Nuestra habitación estaba en el primer piso hacia la entrada y eso era gente hablando, fumando y retozando a toda hora de madrugada. Tuve que salir y pedirles que por favor bajaran la voz. Desafortunadamente nos fuimos más expropiadas de la vacacion de lo que llegamos ya que arriba de la bulla la segunda noche empezó a tocar la alarma de fuego varias veces a media noche sin explicación forzando la gente a evacuar.

The only downside is the construction all around. Thankfully the crews wasn't working during our stay. So more of a sore eye.

The check-in process after 6pm. I verified my identity through booking.com, I shouldn't have to verifying my identity again. The agent John that I dealt with wouldn't listen to me and kept talking over me. When I got up to the room the door was already propped open I left And then I got locked out of the room bc he gave me the wrong code to the key box. And was the only person in queue abd it still look like 15 for someone to answer the phone. And only after i sent them a message in tge booking .com appThe floors were not swept. Nor mopped. Th doors are horrible. One of the worst stays ivevevee had.

The check in process was rather aggravating. I booked the room and awaited the pre check in process. I immediately completed that part of the check in process , but never received further confirmation as to how to check in (being no staff was present). I initiated a chat within the Expedia app in attenpt to get the needed info for check in. I never could get a response with that information. I went to the hotel but couldn't figure out what to do because no worker was there. I called multiple times and was finally able to get an employee on the phone and get the needed info to check in to my room. The room reeked with the smell of mold or mildew. The floors were not swept & mirrors were dirty. The shower wasnt clean. The room was well stocked, however. There were tiny insects in the room and spiders. Construction is in process so it was very noisy upon waking. The hotel has trip hazards and you have to be mindful of that. It's a task unloading luggage and getting it to your room. I was not satisfied with my stay at all and I don't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you just need a cheap place to rest while on vacation.

Would recommend for convenience.

Parking is the difficult part it's very limited. Little to none

Everything the AC wasn’t throwing cold air it was hot … and the kitchen sink was leaking. All over the floor. And there was a few big giant roaches.
