Prime Hotel

A lovely, no-stress stay. Staff from the front desk folks to the cleaning professionals were all very helpful, responsive and friendly.

The pool is on the roof, small but open 24hrs. Hotel is extremely walkable to all kinds of places. The entrance is hard to find because it looks like you are walking into a restaurant so we had to ask. The room was unique and comfy. Loved our windows we could open up to see the palm tree views. The shower and bathroom were nice. We were there for my birthday and they put out fresh cookies, which were amazing!! And a hand written card. Loved the attention to detail. Would definitely stay again.

The elevator certificate expired April 2026, i visited in August 2026 and I was a bit scared because the elevator would bounce, shake and you can hear the gears slipping. The room has modern Decor. The bed mattress was lumpy indicating they need to change it. The TV in the room does not have netflix or prime access. All the TV has is basic cable. And I also noticed that maintenance has been done to the bathrooms. The bathroom can use recaulking (moldy), looks like the tile needs a good cleaning and some regrout (yellow stains and missing grout). Also some lights were not working or missing from the room. A real bummer was that the hotel entrance is through a non-functioning restaurant. The hotel has a bar as well but its non-functioning. Maybe they could get it to function again like serve cocktails and appetizers. Just overall, the owner of Hotel seems like hes trying to be cheap by not providing the maintenance to the hotel and not providing basics like a smart tv with access to netflix and prime.

Good: great location, smaller hotel so noise wasn’t bad. Things to know: parking 50.00 a day but in and out as you want just takes about 20 min to get car so call ahead. It’s located next to their restaurant and when you walk in it’s the restaurants over flow so it’s not a normal hotel check in desk.

Staff was very accommodating allowed us to check in several hours early. Helpful with any concerns we had. Very clean and spacious. Loved the decor throughout. Convenient, directly across from Nikki Beach. Would definitely stay at Prime Hotel again. 10/10!

Very nice hotel for a great price, this is a hotel for couples who on a little vacation. Rooftop hotel was nice especially at night, the coworkers are wonderful very helpful and polite, housekeepers are amazing as well when I come back to Miami I will definitely be booking here again and also did I mention valet parking is awesome as well made our stay feel welcoming good job PRIME HOTEL.... only thing I would say is they need updated TVs

We stayed at Prime Hotel South Beach, for a girls birthday trip and the location was skipping distance to the absolutely clear south beaches. The staff was welcoming, accommodating and the whole vibe was very safe. I would like to visit this location again and again. To the staff thank you... not only for your kindnesses but looking out for us. I truly appreciate you.

I had a great stay at Prime. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. The location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was pretty clean. Room was pretty clean. I love the complementary water cookies were good. I love that. They left me a welcome note. The only problem is when you enter. It has a smell and to go past like to get on the elevator you walk past like a little kitchen area that wasn’t good, but it was definitely a smell when you first walked in, but other than that, everything was beautiful. The staff that helped me at check-in was nice.

Stayed here for my birthday. Definitely a great property traveling alone. Will stay again soon.

Great location, awesome restaurant!

I was very disappointed with my stay at The Prime Hotel. We experienced a serious safety issue when someone was able to access our room without permission, leaving us feeling unsafe. The initial response from staff was inadequate, and although a later staff member was more helpful in relocating us to a different room, the situation should never have happened. Overall, the lack of security and poor handling of our concerns made this a stressful experience, and I would not stay here again.

Great room, great location, will definitely stay again..

Really liked the decor and the balcony view. The staff are helpful and it's a very calm environment. The elevator can move weird at times but it was an overall great experience.
