Casa Ocean

Great Location minutes from the beach , the room was very clean and also very plain and the bed was very uncomfortable , the door to the bathroom was off its hinges . But when the staff where on site they were super friendly and helpful. Its a different set up no one to greet you , you just enter a door code and walk right in up to your room . No room service , no amenities. Not for everyone but for 1 night it works

Nice bathroom; bed seemed hard at first but was comfortable; big plus for us…beach chairs and towels provided ($15 to rent an umbrella, which we didn’t think was bad); short distance and easy walk to the beach; clean (though we didn’t love the strong scent in the halls); safe; short distance to restaurants and a CVS is not far away; the room is not large, but that wasn’t a problem for us…we do wish it had a bit more storage, so we could have unpacked a suitcase; no elevator (again, not a problem for us, but just be aware); water refill station in lobby; the reservation noted there was not a check in person (you do automatically, which worked well), but there was someone around everyone we came through the small lobby and they were always helpful

I had an awesome stay in this property.. The staffs were very nice, very helpful and accomodating. My room wasnt available at the time i arrived.. But Karina gave me another same room like i booked for no extra charge so i can use the room and put my luggages so i dont need to wait longer since im already there.. That was very pleasant.. My room was neat and clean.. The AC worked well.. The hotel was walking distance to restos, coffee shops and Miami Beach.. This place is recommendable to future guests.. Thank you very much for the warm reception and accomodation..

I will give this hotel a 10/10 clean room close to ocean drive , and metropolitan were the jersey shore stayed, amazing staff rooms are fresh when walking in and 1 min walk to south beach! Only issue is walls are thin a bit noisy and you can hear ppl but they provide ear plugs other than that we will definitely stay here again

This was a nice place to stay in miami. The room was very clean! I would recommend wiping down the little window in the shower , but otherwise a nice place!

Room didn’t look like photos was super small, lighting as bad and no staff was present when i arrived had to carry my bags up stairs and when i asked to leave as it was my birthday weekend they refused to refund me

Very clean, near the main events at the beach. Pricing was good.

The property is located in a very convenient area near shops restaurants and stores. The room was fairly clean. There was hair in the sink and shower. There is no ice available on the property.

The room was clean and well-maintained, but it was extremely small and overpriced for the space provided. Housekeeping was inadequate, with the room cleaned only once during our four-day stay, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to stagnate while bathing; the issue was fixed only the next day after being reported. The walls were not soundproof, and noise from neighboring rooms was constantly audible. The iron was also in poor condition and left black residue that could stain clothes. Other than the location, the overall experience was disappointing.

Friends lived across street & recommended. We were on 2nd floor Didn’t know to ask for 1st as we-had trouble with steps as we are older. Also, was not able to adjust room to best cool. I would have liked access to Ice. Beach chairs were nice. Not enough hangers or hooks for clothes
