Casa Ocean

Which my fiance liked. Everything overall room service cleaning and politeness through our stay was great Nighttime views not the best from your room but I would say Ocean drive just chilling was nice.

We stayed at Casa Ocean for one night on July 4th to enjoy the fireworks in Miami Beach. Overall, it was a very nice stay. The room was on the smaller side, but it was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and we had a nice view. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. For a short stay in Miami Beach, it worked out perfectly for us. Overall, a solid experience and definitely deserving of four stars. I would consider staying here again.

The location of this property was absolutely perfect for our vacation. Easy walk to the beach, quick to all the major spots on Ocean Drive. Truly perfect location. Staff was responsive to messages. They were very flexible with check in and ensuring we had what was needed. The walls are definitely thin between rooms, but for what little time we spent in the room it was hardly an issue. Pricing was great for a couple days, the included beach towels and beach chairs was a huge plus. Also, small thing but made a huge different, the use of the keypad was super helpful. Not having a key card and just needing the code for your room is probably the smartest thing. Makes checkout a breeze and one less thing I need to worry about. Door keypads should be used at every property, it was so convenient and easy. Honestly, I would 100% return to this property. It was close to everything we wanted to do on our vacation and I love the walk-ability. Looking to definitely return in the future!

Staff was not very friendly when we checked in.

This is the worse place I've ever booked. First, when I called to inform that I would arrive at a later time to check-in and asked to confirm address, I was provide with the wrong location (2 Uber expenses were unnecessary). The room smelled terrible, there were bugs on the sheets, sheets had hair, snot stain, and floor, noise all night. I ask to accommodate for the inconvenience and the manager refused and only offered a room change. Please call me to discuss a refund. I have pictures.

Overall Experience was Good. Decent clean rooms, but rooms are small. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Not many amenities available.

Perfect for travelers that don’t want to hang out at the hotel. Rooms are very clean and nice but a little smaller (beds are big) it’s right next to the beach perfect if you want to explore the area.

The location is amazing! The staff is wonderful! The rooms are on the smaller side but it was perfect for me and my husband ! The only bad thing is the smell of the room! We stayed 2 days and the room smelled of mildew/mold the entire time !

Just got a code for the door, simple as that. Cold water, beach chairs (only right at beach by hotel, don’t go walking down the beach), refrigerator, large bed and bathroom

Upon arrival I was told that there would be a hold on my card which is customary. Later I found a $50 charge on my card. When I called they said it was a resort fee. I had never been told about this fee. They blamed Expedia for the fee. I have called and have not heard back.

Roaches in this hotel. Staff did nothing about it when notified

Overall it was an amazing experience

Great stay, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and walking distance to the beach, the room was spacious and bed very comfortable.

This was only the start… I also learned the entire life story of the person in the room next to us because the walls are so thin I couldn’t help but hear it. Heck at least that was entertaining. But not nearly as entertaining as the 6 ton elephant I had upstairs from me that decided to pace around the room for nearly 2hrs. I tried to contact the hotel manager/staff/whatever you want to call it and got no reply. This hotel has no one on staff, EVER. The only benefit (and I use this term very loosely) is that it is in walking distance to the beach and they give you chairs to sit in down there. But for all the hassle I would have drove my car and sat on a towel
