Very clean and quiet place and close to the beaches.

The room was spotless, which is a huge factor for us. We even loved the fresh, clean scent that greeted us when we arrived. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was spacious, and we especially appreciated that the toilet was separate from the shower area, which made getting ready much more convenient. The location was also excellent—close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we look forward to returning.

We stayed here the night before leaving for a cruise. We arrived at 10am. Check-in was not until 4pm. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to store our bags until check-in. They also texted to let us know our room was ready for early check-in. The location was close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The staff checked in frequently to ensure everything was good, and I even spoke with the owner who asked for feedback. While the property is not brand new, it was clean, the air conditioning worked great and the location was good. Would stay there again.

Situated just one block away from where most of the restaurants and shops begin on Washington St. 3 blocks from Ocean Drive and the Beach. Maybe 5 blocks from South Point Pier. Hard to ask for a better location. The rooms were sizable. With a large spacious shower, mini fridge, baby cot, and AC. And the check in process is a breeze. As with most hotels the other guest can get a bit noisy, but the HVAC system has an option to keep the fan running which creates just enough white noise to minimize the noise of the other guests and helps keep the room nice and cool. For future visits to Miami we’ll be sure to keep the St Augustine as one of our top choices.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very attentive when we asked questions or needed something. Mostly everything is within walking distance. We will definitely stay again.

Very clean, comfortable, and bright room in the perfect location for enjoying South Beach on foot. Trolley stops out front and the 4th Street beach is generally less crowded than other parts. The staff was helpful and friendly, and all of my text inquiries were answered promptly. Will visit again.

Oscar the manager was extremely helpful! We had a standard queen bed room at first but the AC unit had leakage problems and he offered us an upgrade room free of charge. It was very kind of him and he made sure we were comfortable with our room. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The first room we stayed in was not that clean. We found some dust behind the pillows, but the second room was excellent. Would come back again!

I arrived late night and didn’t pre book the parking So had to park in public parking but it was right in front. The room service was up to the mark, everyday when I came back, the room was clean and settled. Thanks a lot!

The Hotel was walking distance to the beach, a variety of stores, & selections of restaurants that were in the area. The rooms were very clean, air conditioning set just right, & friendly staff. Parking was next to the Hotel $20 dollars a day. If they have the space in the parking area. If not they still will accommodate you.

The owner of the hotel was very nice and reached out to see how our experience was going. Very well appreciated! Property was nice and easy to access.

Hotel check in instructions were very clear and the process was smooth. My room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable There were plenty of restaurants and a CVS within walking distance.

the staff at this property are extremely helpful and respond quick to inquiries through text! the reserved parking is less than a 5 minute walk away and is very easy to enter/exit once you figure it out.
