We had a wonderful stay at the beach resort! The resort offers great amenities, and the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and polite, making our experience truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Rachel and Luciano for their warm hospitality and excellent service. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Great hotel...everything was perfect!

FYI, it’s an adult only hotel and they have a limit of two people in every room. Even double beds. So if you have three in a room, it will be a problem. Other than this, cool vibes in the lobby and the Pool areas very chic.

Our cabana with a balcony near the pool was perfect. Very calm atmosphere. Clean. We loved the daybed at the beach. The pool was beautiful and clean, but in August it probably does not need to be heated. The electricity went out near the pool area, and our frozen drinks were not so frozen. They got better the next day when power was restored. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Hotel was amazing. Great staff, clean facilities. Pools were excellent. Easy access to the beach. chair, umbrella, towel and drink service were quick and easy.

We had a wonderful time and all the staff were amazing! Thank you!

From arrival to departure, this was a fabulous trip! We thoroughly enjoyed our first day at the pool, while we were waiting for our room to be ready. The lunch service was excellent, and the food was delicious! Our room was clean and well appointed, and the service at the front desk was warm and welcoming! We enjoyed taking advantage of happy hour in the bar and had a wonderful dinner with a great view at Mareva1939. Our only regret is we stayed there just one night before leaving on a cruis. We would definitely come back and stay again! We were able to easily get transportation to the cruise port, which was not a long drive.

Very friendly staff, amazing pool and on the beach , had a lovely breakfast on the restaurant terrace. A very stylish hotel
-
Downside: drinks at bar far over priced and room service took far too long. One instance 3 hours
-
The hotel was stunning
-
It was close to so many other restaurants

This is our favorite hotel in South Beach. The adult only, incredible pools, staff, amenities, access to the beach, food quality, and chill vibe keep us coming back and loving it more with each stay.

At breakfast, I waited about 20 minutes just to get a menu. When I politely mentioned I was short on time and asked if they were very busy, the staff member snapped back, told me to go somewhere else, and took the menu away. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I ended up leaving and going to Pura Vida down the street. I also found someone passed out in the hallway and alerted staff, but was surprised by their apparent lack of concern. On top of that, my room floor was so dirty that my socks turned black. Very disappointing experience, especially given how positive my previous stays have been.
