San Juan Hotel

Overall the property was nice and good, you can tell it’s a little old but other than that not super bad. The rooms I had were clean kind of oldish and the bathrooms as well. The place definitely needs a remodel though. The staff was nice, the pool was clean. The are was good, about a 2 minute walk to the beach. Would I stay there again I don’t think so but it was good for the price.

I liked the location it’s right on the strip It smells like mold and roaches. It need to be updated

The location is great for the beach, ocean drive, Lincoln road, many bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Reception area is nice with bar and complimentary water, iced tea and cookies. The rooms are very dated and small. Barely any sockets. You could hear the next rooms conversations, especially in the bathroom. Bathrooms were cramped and outdated and dirty. The shower is a trickle of water only. Booked a room for 4 but only got 2 towels. Ants on the bathroom ceiling. One of our rooms had just been painted so some of our party got paint on their hands whilst entering, only to have this shrugged off by reception so didn't bother to mention any further issues.

Amazing & friendly staff

The hotel is located in an excellent place. There are plenty of shops right next to it & the beach is a 5 minute walk. What is even better is they have a beach club where you can get 2 towels & 2 chairs per room to relax at the beach free of charge. The staff are extremely friendly, hospitable, kind, patient & knowledgeable. I would recommend!

Friendly Small bathroom and a little further than where we expected to walk to the main events that we had in the heat. Parking was expensive especially when we wanted to stay a few hours after we checked out had to pay another $45 dollars I thought that was a bit much

Very close to everything, very clean, halls and room very clean. They provide robs and fresh towel. Pool area is nice, fresh pool towels, staff is very polite and very helpful

I've been staying at this hotel for over a decade and I wouldn't stay anywhere else on South Beach! Claudio and his staff are nothing but courteous, respectful and always smiling! They always greet you with a hello, good bye and ask how your day was! I can't wait to stay here again!

Everything was nice & the staff was amazing. The night shift bartender made the best drinks!

staff were very friendly and accommodating; I would like to mention Claudio at the reception, he was very professional, always offered assurance and was very knowledgeable with the local attraction; a skill I think he can train the junior staff with. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you team for the stay, you made the difference!q
