Loved the hotel, but the parking not so much lol. We had to park blocks away and walk to our rooms. I got the suite and it was very big and comfortable! It felt like a little apartment! The AC in the living room didn't work to well, but the bedroom one was ice cold like I like it! But I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Miami

The room was great, the staff was very pleasant and what we liked the most, they let us stay by the pool after check-out , by the time we needed to go to the airport, and lasted about 5 hours. Would always highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was ok, but I did not get my security deposit back. It's been three weeks. When I called to ask why I received poor attitude from the female staff. Also forgot two items in the room that completely vanished and also received poor attitude from female staff when I tried to ask about the the items.

Check in is a mile away from the actual building They have 2 properties and I had to walk to mine Rooms are nice and clean. AC was on and very cold when I arrived what was nice after walking 1 mile with my luggage in Miami humidity heat Swimming pool area needs to be more taken care of looks old Location is good. Close to the beach. Supermarket and restaurant. North Miami is away from the main areas.

Everything was well maintained , clean and in a convenient location. My only complaint was that I wasn’t aware of the check in procedures prior to my arrival but the staff was nice and accommodating.

They kicked me out on my guaranteed reservation. Sold it at a higher rate.
