Misleading pictures, the "deluxe" apartment is not like in the pictures at all. There were issues with the ACs, we had to go somewhere else for a night while they were fixing the issue. We arrived Saturday, let them know about the ACs not working and they could not do anything until Monday. The installed other ACs but again we could not sleep for 2 nights. The place is not in good condition, kitchen items were dirty, one of the beds was horrible, impossible to sleep there, there is a neighbor thats seems to have anger issues and is slamming the doors at his apartment all the time, we had to talk to him about it, he was upset because he did not have a parking spot, and was slamming his doors and waking us up in the middle of the night. It was a horrible experience, there was mold in the restroom, the fridge was dirty as well. Hotels should do better when allowing properties to be posted here, the pictures are totally fake, go check google for real pictures. The customer support was okay, they are not responsible for how bad the apartment was.

We liked the privacy and the short distance to the beach.Neighborhood seemed safe to walk at night that's a plus.The negative would be lack of cleaning in the room,such as a streak of poop running down the bathroom wall by the door.The carpet was stained the lamp had stains the couch smelled like a wet dog and the air-conditioning hasn't had the filter cleaned in who knows how long.There were signs of previous flooding that I believe is why the room smelled musty.A dehumidifier would alleviate the smell at least a little. Other than that the room was fine.My wife had to clean and dust our room while on vacation so we documented all of it on film.great location though but improvements are seriously needed

Close to the beach I like it They charged me 130 for parking in front of the hotel. Just a few spots for parking lot.

Disappointed for sure looks like someone tried to break in from the inside door you could see out with it shut.

Termites infestation. No refund. Problem with door lock, 1h stuck at night in pyjama in front of my door. ACs poor quality. Parking VERY limited, took a ticket at night once while parked (no idea why). No one on location in case of problem. WhatsApp line people very unpleasant

El lugar me gustó y la limpieza estaba bastante bien solo dejaría de comentario que ya hay algunas cosas que deben ser reemplazadas como el sofá de la sala que estaba en malas condiciones, sucio y manchado.

Easy parking, nice decor and clean. Needed extra towels and no response. Would stay again. Great location.

Clean and was easy to access. Spacious and accommodating. Location was perfect for a weekend getaway. Close to beach and all other popular destinations.

Malgré quelques petits problèmes pour entrer dans la chambre avec le code, le personnel a été très réactif pour nous aider. La chambre commencerait à avoir besoin de quelques amélioration, surtout les matelas! mais elle était propre et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour. La piscine était agréable, mais le parc pour les enfants n’est pas directement le site de l’hôtel(2 minutes de marche) la plage est à 3 coins de rue, 5-10 minutes de marche. Elle est très bien entretenue. Le stationnement de l’hôtel manque de place et celui de la ville qui est proche aussi est toujours plein. Vous devez vous armez de patience pour avoir une place, plus facile avant 20-21h, ensuite c’est compliqué. Sommes toute un agréable séjour !

Perfect beach house vibes, close to everything without being over crowded with tourists. Great layout for families!

The property is in a good location. Very limited parking. Property could use some maintenance as the air conditioner above the unit we rented kinda ran down over our door entry way so it caused for a nice puddle to form at the bottom of the stairs, which then cause the stairs to be slippery. Also there was water damaged in the bathroom ceiling that leaked and ruined two rolls of toilet paper.

What I don’t like is the parking spot is first come first serve I think if I’m paying for staying at some place minimum I should have my own parking spot.

Great Location close to beach, very clean and comfortable. Quiet

No access information was sent out to get into the property. Had to use whatsapp to get some help from the hotel. Spent over an hour to get in.

The rooms are much dirtier and older than photos show. Kitchen stove was greasy and not cleaned. The glass shower panel was dirty and streaked with water spots. The couch was so gross and stained that you couldn’t even sit on it. We found a cockroach in the closet. The WiFi didn’t work. The owners tried to “fix it” but it never worked. The city was doing work outside so the water was out for some time. There was also moments of dirty water and only hot/cold. They were doing pavement work right outside the house the whole week we were there. It was not fun to be woken up at 7 am to loud construction noises. Everything was so dusty and dirty. We parked a few blocks over and that’s a trap too. You have to pay $10 a day to park there. They open at 8 and the is a time limit when the parking “expires”. After 6, it’s free. We got a parking ticket because it expired at 5:40 apparently- even though we paid for the whole day. What a scam. The location was decent enough. The beach wasn’t too bad but the property was a let down. It said it sleeps 8 but there is literally one queen bed in one room, another small closet with a twin bed and a trundle underneath. The sofa comes apart to sleep another two. I didn’t see any other place to sleep another two people. This property needs some deep cleaning.

The parking was horrible!! There was not enough parking to accommodate the guests!! Nothing was really close besides the beach(stores, dining, etc)!!

I liked everything except for the parking. I wasn't guaranteed a parking spot. That was annoying.
