the room was very clean when we got there. literally smelt like cleaning products in a good pleasant way. was given enough toiletries and towels and you can request more if needed/new sheets. perfect location to uber to wherever you need to go in miami. enjoyed my stay very quiet and private. staff was very communicative-- always checked in and asked if i needed anything. i highly recommend this location and any other locations by this management! super close to the beach too

I planned my trip to Miami the day before I left and spent 13 hours traveling. I had two rooms, the first room offered a mini fridge, microwave, toasters, and a coffee pot and is sure to accommodate travelers with shorter stays and/or enjoys dining out. With travel prices so high, I knew that we would need cooking space and a larger fridge. That’s where the helpful associates and property manager comes in. As luck would have it, a room with a kitchenette became available the very next day! Kudos to the cleaning staff, they were able to turnover the space in no time and the maintenance man even helped me move my luggage to my new room. We enjoyed our accommodations and love being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and nearby stores. Perfect location!!

The best hotel

Real fridge not a mini one. Real dishes, paper towels. Cons: Not a hotel, more like an Airbnb. No services, no actual people. Gate code does not work, we found people just leave gate ajar. Our outside door was flimsy, I kept fearful people could walk in. No sense of safety here when you want to rest peacefully. Nothing happened but I constantly worried. Luckily bedroom has a lock so it helps. Bathroom door barely closed. Room: memory foam mattress with flimsy bedframe that moves away from wall each time you get up. Pillows kept falling behind the bed and they are so uncomfortable. No broom so we tracked sand in and couldn't move it away. No dresser if you like that. No sound barriers, we heard everything outside all night. Great prices, but definite cons.

It was a peaceful stay, my own personal studio room. The staff were very tentative, and checked in to see if I needed anything, via text. The beach was close, stores were near and tranquility was everywhere. I plan oncoming back soon

The property was great! For our needs, was right by the bus and free trolley which made getting around easy. It was a great price and within walking distance of the beach and only a few blocks from restaurants and stores.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their excellent customer service made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

Property only two blocks away from North Beach and from a wide assortment of restaurants, shops, and stores - super convenient! Staff are very kind and helpful, checking in to make sure that things are going well and if there are any questions/issues to address.

everything was great

Only table utensils. No sharp knives, no can openers and no peelers. No fluffy towels. It's clean, good location and adequate.

At first, I was a little skeptical when I walked to the outside of the property however, it gave me an apartment complex vibe when I got inside the room. It was very clean. Everything was updated. Everything was nice. The bed was the most comfortable memory foam mattress everything was good quality and I loved it and this will be a place that I will use every time I travel to Miami moving forward. I will not be using a big hotel anymore because this is more intimate and it was like a hot and skipped to the beach.
