Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Sunny Isles Beach

My children and I stayed for one night to go to events at both the Hardrock stadium and Marlins park and the location was perfect! Sofia at the front desk was the best! She was so warm, friendly, extremely helpful and great with recommendations. Friendly staff all around, great breakfast, we enjoyed the pool, had a very good late night dinner at the restaurant that was very reasonably price. Hotel is not on the beach but we knew that and it wasn’t a factor for us. Only downside was that we were only there one night.

The location is fantastic and just a short walk from the beach, with beautiful sea views from the hotel balcony. The pool was lovely and perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast included was excellent. The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. We would happily stay here again!

Room was clean. Pool was clean. Good location to beach, maybe 10 minute walk across street. At the double tree on beach is where you get to use chairs and towels which is included in the daily amenities fee. The money grab is the $28 charge if you want an umbrella. Wasn’t happy about that. Picked this hotel due to slightly cheaper than the big resorts and also the included breakfast. On our day 2 the breakfast juice machine broke and was not fixed during our 5 night stay. Only other options were water and white milk. We used the gym daily which was adequate considering we are amateur bodybuilders. I would stay here again if needed.

Room was spacious and very well stocked. Staff was friendly, food and drinks at the restaurant were very good. Valet situation could have been organized better

Be ready to pay a hefty price for parking. Other than that, it's a nice place to stay. Dine out, at those prices the food is subpar. They say they take you to the beach in a golf cart. They dont. They take you down 2 blocks and dump you at the intersection. Then you cross the avenue frogger style to then walk a ways to the ugly beach. There they get you you pay more for an umbrella. Then you have to walk all of the way back. Aside from all of that, the price for the room is decent just be ready to pay $100 more for "amenities".

Beautiful property! Directly across the street from the beach! Rooftop pool, free drinks & breakfast. So many amenities. Wonderful staff! Will definitely stay again.

Had such a lovely experience here it made me want to move to Sunny Isles! The hotel staff was amazing!! Shout out to the from desk staff especially Cheyanne!!!! Perfectly located just across from the beach (the hotel could do with better signs to access the beach though and info on how to get access to beach chairs. That was an unsolved mystery). There are lots of great restaurants nearby and of course shopping options are plentiful with Aventura Mall just nearby.

Stayed here with my kids. Hotel was great. Pool was clean and lots of fun. Walkable to the beach.
