1 Hotel South Beach

I cannot say enough great things about this last experience. The staff were all so caring and incredible, and sooo attentive to all questions and help needed.

The staff was consistently helpful, accommodating, and genuinely willing to make sure we had everything we needed. David with Concierge helped me arrange a beautiful balloon setup in my daughter’s room for her birthday, which was such a wonderful touch. Then came the surprises! We were treated to beautiful mimosas and champagne, and later received the most delicious fresh-made madeleines. Those thoughtful gestures made us feel truly celebrated and cared for. Our room-service experience was also wonderful. Heather with in-room dining was absolutely awesome and made every interaction feel warm and personal. Melissa at the front desk was equally amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay special. There were so many team members—from the moment we arrived through the end of our stay—who made us feel welcomed. We came to celebrate a milestone birthday, and 1 Hotel helped make the entire experience fabulous. If you’re considering staying here, stop searching and give yourself the opportunity to experience this five-star level of hospitality. We loved everything about our stay. Enjoyed a couples trip for my 35th birthday. The resort has everything you need. The Spa was okay. I could have done without for that price.
