AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Dadeland

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was enjoyable for the kids. The location is perfect and the mall is a few steps away.

Phenomenal! This is my go to hotel when I go to Miami!

Awesome hotel and great staff with a top notch restaurant and bar that cannot disappoint. I won’t stay anywhere else when I go to Orlando on business. My boss traveled with me this time and it was her first stay at the Delaney. She asked me beforehand why I picked the hotel and I told her “You will see.” She is now hooked as well and loved everything mentioned above.

The room was clean, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel is very convenient giving location.

Coffee supplies didn’t get replenished by housekeeping every day. Bathrobes and bigger towels would have been nice. Overall it was fine, location very convenient for the mall and restaurants and also very easy on and off the highway. Airport is also not far and easy to get to. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Staff were very accommodating. We arrived early in the morning. They let us store the luggage and allow us to check in early in the afternoon when the room was ready. Parking was easy and safe. Very quiet yet convenient for day trips to different places around Miami and vicinity.

The hotel and amenities were ok. The property was clean and comfortable; however, the staff were unbothered and not very engaging. It’s a perfect location though if you’re intending to shop at Dadeland Mall. In terms of value for money I’d say no, because no perks like complimentary breakfast etc. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member and I didn’t feel special. I would not stay back at this hotel.

Confusing as hell to find the entrance from the garage and the staff is not helpful with the directions.

When we arrived and checked in they charge $20 for parking. I received an email from the hotel the parking charged would be $15. I should the girl in the front desk and she said that was incorrect due to I bucked my room through Expedia. But after looking at the email it came from the hotel. She was not helpful but a bit snappy and didn’t care to help or make it right. Make sure you check your booking information. It really hard to believe that they even charge when you park in an open parking lot form the mall.

Great and practical room. If you want to go shopping … this is the place to go without ever needing a car.
