The room was so clean and spacious and has everything you need. The bathroom was also spacious and well stocked. I will stay there again for sure

Wonderful people, great location. Valet service can sometimes take a long time. We had issue with a toilet and a door lock but both repair people were there immediately.

Great location as it is near the mall and allows for easy access to the metro to downtown Miami or Bayside. Location also granted easy access to various delis and restaurants. Check in process was easy and Charles in reception was truly great in providing any assistance or general inquiries about activities to do in Miami as he was very knowledgeable. Wifi was excellent for working remotely. Facilities were super clean and spacious. Staff were always super helpful. Facility is great for families with small children as they also offer suites. We will definitely be returning. Food at the restaurant could be better as it was really simple, so we had to keep having dinner off property and they closed pretty early.

The location was convenient for my needs. The floor had not been vacuumed so I step on a few items in the middle of the night on the way to the bathroom. The shower leaked all over the floor using most of my towels to dry the floor. I was disappointed to find there was no box fan available. There was no place to plug in my charging cords for my phone, no USB or C. This hotel needs to be updated.

Great property for the price. Clean, wonderful staff, and conveniently located at Dadeland which makes it easy to get to downtown, Brickell or the airport. Beds are super comfy and rooms are big and spacious. This was my third time staying at this wonderful hotel.
