Hotel was okay. The $35 fee per day that’s not disclosed definitely disappointed. Would have gone to a different hotel for the price per night.

Garden nice

The overall experience just wasn’t what I thought it would be. When we first arrived we actually checked in late after 3 and our shower was cold and it took hours for anyone to come. Then we had no wash cloths and it still took hours for it to come, we had to go to the front desk just to get 1 wash cloth. The service was ok it just seemed like nobody was moving with any urgency and we had so to call many times. Everything else was pretty clean and we liked the amenities the service just could have been better.

And the most sweet, sweetest and helpful associate checkers and named Asia! I met the manager. She was very nice and Hosea was one of the bartenders that worked upstairs at the pool bar and he was so accommodating. I really enjoyed myself and I will definitely be back.

Room was pretty nice for a quick night stay

I had a great experience. My only issue was on the last day of my stay...the cleaning staff threw away my personal bar of soap and my shower cap. It was extremely inconvenient even though they eventually located the soap.

Everything was great during my stay. The rooms are not soundproof lol

Great customer service and attention to small details. Location is close to the Miami Port and walking distance to most everything else.

Great hotel within walking distance of museums and restaurants. Pool and pool bar are fantastic.

Very courteous young lady at check-in, very conscientious bartender at the pool. The room was spotless.

Not for kids, and loud at night. give you ear plugs at least at night.

This place not like the pictures the room is a lot smaller and the balcony are so close together and the windows are dirty the humidity makes the rooms ac leak on the floor the view is nothing to be crazy about

Great hotel, they provided just about everything in case you don’t want to even leave the area! The balcony’s are a plus, and the wyn wyn restaurant staff is amazing! 10/10 experience would come again.

The room was not properly cleaned, i could see the sheets done or changed but the floor was not swiped, i could see the hair and cookie crumbs i ate since day 1 they were on the floor till the day i left. Also we were charged 500$ more for 10 days of stay, and we were told that it was urban taxes (35$/ day + taxes). I booked through expedia and i did not see anywhere anything about this taxes so it was a total surprise when i checked in. Also the wi fi was terrible. From the phone of the room if you pressed 0 or 1000 it did not connect to the front desk. And the service for the car was terrible. Without leaving the room, 15-20 min earlier we would text and let know that we needed the car but still when we went downstairs we still had to let te front desk know that we needed our car cause they told us the system was down. From 1-5 i wouldnt recomand it. I give it a 1.
