DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay

Rooms were dated - hallways were dark and dirty and not welcoming

Very disappointing hotel experience. The only elevator in the hotel was broken, which meant waiting for a very long time just to get to and from the room. To make matters worse, the staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, the experience was frustrating and definitely not what I expected from a hotel stay. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

!st room was not accommodating The False Fire Alarm started at 7 am and I did not arrive to the Hotel until 2 am ,,,, it was lack of sleep ,

the rooms were not up to date at all. in addition rooms had plumbing issues. the appliances were old and dirty looking. the appliances and the look overall. very old and outdated in

Beautiful, clean, balcony

Furniture was clearly damaged and the construction taking place impacted our stay. The hotel rooms are far away from the lobby.

Great stay

Staff is very friendly. But the hallways, room and carpets are needing to be cleaned and updated. Paint was not great and our ac was not working until we had to call maintenance. There were loud kids in the room next to us. The construction started early and trigger the emergency alarm 3 times.

Had everything you needed in one spot Nothing

Excellent location and staff. Room was spacious with excellent views. Will definitely book again when back in Miami.

Coffee makers were not working. Ice maker machines were not working.

The entrance of the hotel is beautiful. The room was very spacious and my view of the Bay was amazing. Staff was polite and helpful. Will definitely recommend

Location was handy for departing cruise next day.

One of my favorite parts of our stay was relaxing on the balcony. Watching the boats docked below, taking in the beautiful views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean in the distance, and seeing the sparkling city lights at night was incredibly peaceful. It was exactly what I needed to recharge my batteries before our cruise. Although the hotel is still undergoing renovations, the staff made navigating the property very easy. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and eager to assist us whenever we had questions. The only thing I wish the hotel offered is an airport shuttle. However, the complimentary shuttle ( with a cost) to the cruise port is a wonderful benefit and made our embarkation day much easier. Another feature we really appreciated was having shops and restaurants conveniently located within the building. It was nice to have everything we needed without having to leave the property. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay again. Thank you for helping make the start of our vacation so enjoyable.
