The Grayson Miami Downtown

The Grayson was amazing! Staff were very helpful and informative. Be mindful of booking through Expedia all fees aren’t processed here, you’ll need to pay the resort fees etc. when you arrive. Only thing I’d change about my stay is the TV lol (they didn’t have the apps Netflix YouTube etc. only basic TV channels) despite this, amazing time! Will stay again!

I loved my room it had a great view and was very nice. The only issue I had was the fire alarm going off one morning woke me up at 8 am and kept going off periodically til 1 pm that day. Also one of the pools and the rooftop bar was closed for renovations.

Amazing hotel in every way

We stayed at the Grayson for two nights. The staff was friendly and service was great. My only complaint is the room we were assigned didn't have a bathroom door into the bathroom, just a curtain and there was also no shower door and this was a little odd and uncomfortable for us. On the other hand, our friends had a spectacular room with a bathroom door and shower door with separate tub. So when booking be mindful that the rooms are not all the same.

My room was amazing. Really big, comfy bed, and a lovely freestanding bath which was such a nice way to relax after a day of shopping. The only negative I’d say is that my room wasn’t ready at nearly 3pm, which is not great. But other than that, great experience.

The room. The view. The location. The shower . The outside floor gets wet. No mat to stand on. Used towels. But the bathroom was nice. Just the water.

It’s a nice hotel but the room design is kind of basic for the price.
