The Elser Hotel Miami

I’ve stayed in Miami countless times, both in hole-in-wall motels, to 5-star resorts. The Elser is now my first choice to stay whenever I need a hotel near the arena. 10/10

Every time I visit Miami I stay at the Elser. Perfect location close to all of the action but the best part, I can see the bay and ocean from my window (Oceanview Rooms). Also, the staff is amazing and so attentive. Elser, keep up the excellent work.

I stay at this hotel at least 5 times a year. I absolutely love this hotel. On all my occasions of staying, the one thing I notice all the time is the house keepers do not sweep under the sofas at all. Everytime I use the pull out sofa or move the sofa some, it's always trash underneath. That's my only complaint.

Stayed here 3 days to move our son into his 3rd year in college. We made it a mini vacation before school started. Very nice facility with modern rooms. Parking is expensive $60 per day and the food is a little price but other than that enjoy and live a little!

The plugs in our room didnt work for USB. We were 4615 1 bedroom suite. There was no full-length mirrors in the suite. Neither the light nor fan worked in the kitchen. They gave us a wheelchair accessable room, which leaked water outside of the shower since it had no lip to keep the water in the shower. The toilet paper holder was hanging off and dropping the toilet paper roll. The bathroom fan was rattling like crazy. The room just looked like a crap hurry up and get it done job. Cracks in the tile, Washer in the room but no dryer so we couldnt do our laundry.

Staff was so friendly and it was the PERFECT stay!

This property was 10/10 the staff was very friendly and helpful. The tv wasn’t working when we first checked in and the guy came right away to fix it within 5 minutes of me calling customer service. Such an easy check in experience.

The pool area is fantastic as well as the two story fitness center. The hotel met and exceeded expectations. Beers are $20 a piece so it was very pricey. The hotel room is basically an entire apartment. The laundry was one of my favorite parts after a seven day cruise, we needed it! Highly recommend!

A little busy at check in but the property is lovely. The full kitchen is a plus. I would definitely still again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole experience from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. We only stayed for one night, but we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay at The Elser again on our next trip to Miami. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location to stay if taking a cruise out of Miami.

The Elser had a unique tech savvy setup as in using technology for most things. The issue I encountered was noises coming from within the walls and there wasn’t anyone to reach out to. The number listed on the site to call didn’t go through and the number that was sending me text messages seemed to have a live person when discussing my not being able to have a late check out but wasn’t available when I reached out regarding the noise happening. I did leave a message via the texting system they have about the issue that should be given some attention before the next guest reserves that room so that the next guest can have a more peaceful stay. Other than this, it was great location and view from the balcony and good use of the space with what was offered in the room.

Great location

We rolled the bright line to Miami and used the Mover to get around and we walked to Bayside Marketplace. There is a target near the train station and also a Whole Foods right around the corner in the room had a refrigerator and stove and we definitely will stay longer. We had a wonderful view of Biscayne Bay.
