You can hear the train and the A/C is loud. My room was a bit awkward - no lamps, no shelves or countertops. One usable outlet by the bed. Shower was a mild trickle -zero water pressure- I told the desk staff, and it was fixed on Monday! Laundry machines available onsite for $2. Would stay here again - location is great and staff are fantastic

Location was good for a cruise. Not far from the port or coffee & restaurants. Very very very small room, bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen in my life. Window units to cool the room, it wasn’t on when we got there so the room was 90+ degrees.

Got an early checkin, but had to pay an additional $60

Hair dryer in all rooms.

I think this is a great hotel if you were going to be attending a concert at the Kaseya Center. It’s about a 10 minute walk otherwise I think you could find a little bit better value for what you pay, but the rooms were clean. The staff was nice. It is in a really great location. I would definitely stay again at the next concert.

Disappointing

The hotel smelled not clean. Like mildew. The room however, was clean. Room is way too small. No space at all. TV tinier than a computer screen. Cahnnels very fuzzy and not clear. Window AC.No tables or chairs. It did have an iron, small fridge and microwave. Bathroom is super tiny. The sink is in the room. Noisy hotel. Very bright even with the curtains because it is next to a garage. Very old school. They literally give you a key. This hotel should only be booked if there is LITERALLY no more rooms available in the city. Almost hostel like. The front desk lady was nice tho.

Staff was nice. Walking distance to Biscayne Bay Door didn't fully lock-the deadbolt wouldn't lock. There is no place to sit in the room, the only chair was wobbly metal that looked like it was going to collapse. The sink and mirror have no electrical plugs anywhere near it, so if you want to look in a mirror while you dry your hair, you are out of luck. The room was very dark

From the time you enter the bedroom areas it felt and smelt like we were just breathing dust. The building needs an industrial cleaning and renovations.
