The breakfast bar is fairly expensive for what it offers. Everything in the room can be controlled by the ipad remote. AC in our room didn't work told the front desk was told it was reset but still did not work. The staff was extremely helpful. I will say it's a very busy hotel with a great location, but the staff kept their cool and handled everything well.

I checked in so late due to my flight being delayed 3x. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was so kind. Then, the bartender was pretty cool. I did not have breakfast, but the latte was yummy. The room was clean, small, but super cute and colorful. I love that you control most of everything with an iPad. I felt like I was in living in the times of the movie "The Fifth Element" lol. It was a great stay.

Buena localizacion. Frente al Kaseya Center y Bayside. Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos. El personal muy amable. El desayuno muy bueno y a buen precio. El hotel muy limpio.

Absolutely awesome place to stay and perfect for a quick stayover when catching a cruise!

Clean room, staff and breakfast was awesome bar was kinda expensive but hey it was convenient lol , hotel is in the perfect spot to explore Miami, and Miami Beach

Thought for the price the room could hv been bigger and have access to a microwave but we didn’t

I didn't use amenities...but everything was perfect...the check in and out really smooth, the view was perfect, I only missed an iron😅

Very fast check in…!!! Very clean!!! And the staff was nice and friendly.. a lot of places in walking distance.. I would definitely stay here again in the future..

Shower sucked (not hot enough, no water pressure). The room is too tiny. No luggage carts or bellman to assist. No immediate parking on site, but there is a parking garage next door that was convenient.
