Cleaning staff at 7:30 am screaming at the hall. While I was trying to get some sleep. You can hear the laugh of the cleaning staff inside the room

Staff was very welcoming and friendly! The place itself is very clean and so were the rooms. Will stay again

Check in process was easy, restaurant on premises had great food and full bar, swimming pool area was cool to relax and the rooms are very clean. To get transported to the Port of Miami, make sure to let the front desk know you would like to reserve transportation to the Port and they will take care of the rest for you. The shuttle was $13 per person cash only. Smooth ride and quick service. We are staying here again for our next cruise later this year.

El cuarto estaba muy limpio y la ubicación me pareció muy buena. Sin embargo, nunca me explicaron si el desayuno estaba incluido.

The property was very clean. The staff was excellent answering questions. The shuttle was a big bonus.

El hotel muy lindo, buenas instalaciones, no hay desayuno de cortesía, hay cierto ruido que se filtra desde afuera y se escuchan las conversaciones de los pasillos, es un poco incómodo el ruido para descansar bien, lo demás bien, si volvería, entendido que no es el mejor lugar para descansar

Every thin was excellent

When we arrived the elevator was not working. We had to go outside to the stairway and tote our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Other than that it was great.

I guess we just had bad luck but both elevators were broken and my daughter got injured on the pool ladder. Seems like they need to do regular maintenance on the place. They did give me one day free breakfast voucher and free parking for my inconvenience.

Very happy with our stay! Rooms were clean, property well maintained, comfortable beds! Close to little Havana and a Starbucks near by. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was good as well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely stay again!
