The room was stocked with snacks and other items that were not clearly Identified, as being subject to additional charge. No one informed me that these items came with a fee In most hotel, basic items such as bottle water are complementary. So I was not expecting to be charged for items simply because they were placed in the room.There was no clear explanation or notification regarding these additional charges.

the pool is located in a building across the street. Also, to access my room on the 18Th floor, I had to take an elevator to the 25th floor and then take another elevator down to the 18th.
