The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly.

Para comenzar ellos te guardan el equipaje para que puedas disfrutar de la zona, en lo que haces tu “checking”. El personal es muy atento, hablan español y como llegué temprano mi habitación estuvo lista y me la dieron antes del tiempo previsto. Me regalaron un trago de cortesía. La piscina estaba excelente, el área del laundry limpio y ordenado,el desayuno muy variado, tienen café durante todo el día. Área segura y muy accesible para llegar al hotel. En general lo recomiendo al 100%, no se arrepentirán.

We stayed here before and after our cruise and found it an excellent place to stay it was clean. The stuff were friendly and helpful and you also got a free breakfast highly recommend and only a few minutes from the port

Definitely a great stay to enjoy Miami a day before cruising. Took the free tram around to explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a nice was to start the day. Great location to shopping, restaurants, and the port!

My experience was fantastic as usual. Camilla at front desk was friendly and helpful. Love the smell of the lobby. Friday night entertainment at the bar was great. Always love staying here. Excellent!!

We were very impressed with Hampton Inn-Downtown Brickell! The staff were very friendly, and the hotel and room were extremely clean. Very nice bar, food area. We wished we were able to enjoy the pool area, but a late arrival and early departure didn’t allow. I highly recommend and will stay there again.

I enjoyed the whole experience. The staff was very kind, and the accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is also very good! I recommend it. Ernest is very friendly!

A restaurant would be a very nice amenity. Having to leave the hotel for dinner is an inconvenience for one that gets back late work.
