We truly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this hotel (2 adults and 2 teenage kids). It offered a great value for money - we had breakfast and valet parking included for an additional fee. The breakfast was really good with great options for the whole family. The in and out parking privileges were also very handy. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The amenities of this establishment are very nice. It is a comfortable 5 minute walk from downtown Brickell. A valet service is available for $35 a night, which I highly recommend to anyone not looking for a hassle to find parking. Unfortunately, we had no warm water for 4 nights. Although the staff gave their best efforts - credits given where due!

We arrived at the hotel and they did not have our reservation or any rooms to accommodate us.. We had to find another hotel.

I stayed here for an overnight trip before boarding my cruise. The hotel is in a great location, the food was amazing and the room was very clean. I'd stay here again!

Everything about this hotel was just perfect!!!! From the hotel staff to the rooms and to everything!!!! We loved it and we are planning to go back to this same hotel in the future highly recommend!! It has a free train a block away that gets you to the main parts of downtown Miami.
