AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Brickell

Our room was very clean as I walked barefoot. It was a nice size room but it needs to offer way more hooks for towels. The location is unbeatable. Minutes from Brickell Centre, restaurants, right next to Rose Sky roof top and even a pharmacy. The staff, amenities and location are amazing. In 5 days there I never heard any residents or any noise coming from the hall which is great. The downside was that as you arrive, you don’t see a front desk which was a bit disturbing and they should have emailed you with this kind of information to go to 6th floor for your check in. Also The daily $35 charge for absolutely nothing, as a catch for you to redeem your $17.50 back. My husband and I spent $65 for breakfast so we could have the $17.50 back which makes no sense for residents, except for the hotel. I still recommend this hotel to anyway that wants to stay near Brickell. Hope this stupid charge goes away if I choose to stay there next time.

Good location close to metro loop Room was very comfortable spacious & clean I didn't like / understand the hidden charges on the bill ie destination tax I would have asked about this at checkout but there was only one person dealing with the checkout & there were a lot of guests checking out Would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea

Location The rooms were a good size, but the air conditioner was VERY noisy—it was impossible to sleep with it on. I spoke to the person in charge, and they claimed it was normal, but it wasn't! We had to sleep with it turned off. The shower had extremely low water pressure. Several unauthorized charges were made to my debit card, which directly impacted my travel budget since the refunds hadn't been processed by the time I checked out. I complained, but nothing was done. Breakfast was supposed to be included, yet I was charged for it at the end! And as of this review, nothing has been resolved. Parking cost $55 a night! It’s outrageous! I do not recommend this place and will never return. To date, none of the incorrect charges have been refunded. I stayed in room 1607.

Location was great and staff was so friendly!

It is a beautiful hotel and in great location The fact that breakfast is not included and the front desk nor the bar could cash out items from the mini store of Landry soaps/sheets and could not provide change to use the washer or dryer. Also staff is not to friendly when it comes to customer care the bar tender asked who told me to go to him for change and when I said the front desk he walked right up there and yelled at them with me and my daughter right there leaving a bad taste.

Great hotel, near to a lot of places to eat. Pool and pool bartender were amazing. Only down side was the over priced breakfast so we avoided that and the front staff told do us it was cheaper to pre order a ride share and boy was she wrong. Would stay here again despite that.
