Quinto restaurant was also excellent. I had breakfast and lunch there almost everyday of my stay . Although there were other dining options in the hotel I didn’t have enough time to try them all . Lastly , I forgot my Apple air max headphones at the cafe the day I left . I thought that I had lost them … They were turned in the same day that I lost them and returned to me within days ! I strongly recommend this hotel . Location wise it’s fantastic . It is within walking distance of all the rest tabs shopping .

Amazing! Best hotel in Miami

This hotel is clean and well located in Brickell with large comfortable rooms. I had an issue with my reservation and it was dealt with quickly and cleanly by the front desk and my booking provider, Expedia. I only used the 5th floor restaurant amenity for breakfast and the food and service were great.

Everything was beyond expectations.

It felt nice getting away this weekend and spending quality time with my husband where we spent our honeymoon in 2021. Everything was as we expected; felt like royalty!

I will definitely stay here again.

EAST is a beautiful hotel with a young, hip vibe. The location is central to sporting events, dining, shopping and the beach. Our room was stylish and sleek, and had a very comfortable bed. My only complaints are the lack of an in room coffee maker, an available ice machine and the bathroom as a whole. The bathroom is really my biggest complaint. It was open to the room and provided no privacy. The shower and water closet are surrounded by frosted glass with very voyeuristic strips of clear glass. Someone showering would need to be under 5’2” not to be exposed from the waist up. The water closet has strips of clear glass that look into the shower and vanity area. I wouldn’t feel okay staying with anyone I wasn’t extremely comfortable with. Also, if someone wants to be up early using the bathroom, and someone else wants to be sleeping- too bad-you’ll both be up. Additionally, the lighting options in the bathroom are either dim or glaring-not ideal for doing hair and makeup. I stepped out each day wondering if I looked like a clown. If you’re okay with the bathroom situation, I think it’s a very nice place to stay.

Hotel is a great location for shopping and eating at the Brickel city center. 2nd floor off the elevator puts you right in the center. Things I didn’t like was the weird elevator to rooms or floors to access other areas of the hotel. Terrible. To get into an elevator You need a wood key card(which half the time didn’t work) to get around, there are no floors or buttons for floor numbers or areas in the elevator. There’s a picture screen outside you must tap which will only allow you access to your floor and maybe a restaurant floor, swimming pool level and maybe the roof top bar if it’s working that moment. Without that temperamental wood card you could get stuck somewhere, even on the floor of your room. Maybe you can get to the lobby if you keep pressing the lobby icon on the screen. I guess they have this weird setup for security, but it’s a bad feature to the hotel in my opinion. The swimming pool area is tight and not necessarily kids friendly. The food at Quinto is very good, but everything is pricey. Just about every where and for everything a 20-22% service charge is added to your bill (for your convenience 🤔) they say. Then they bring you a check with a line for additional tips!) it’s a turn off in my opinion but I guess they are making sure they get their maximum tips for their workers. Rooms are small, beds are small, and area is a little noisy. Yet staff is very friendly and helpful.

Loved the balcony, wish the room had a real fridge

This is an excellent property and one we always look to first when coming to Miami. This is our third visit, and it has yet to disappoint. The rooms are very well appointed, and we always love the views. This hotel has one of the best gyms we've ever used in a hotel. This was the first trip where we used the pools. We normally visit in December. The pools were fantastic. The plunge pool was a surprise and worth it. We tried all the restaurants and lounges on this trip. Quinto was a great dinner with Sugar after. A great view and good drinks. The bartender was skilled and fun to watch. We would suggest giving East a try if traveling to Miami. We will very likely be coming back soon.

Perfect location, very nice property and excellent staff. The only downside is that it is very noisy. all the rooms are noisy all night every night.
