Aloft by Marriott Miami - Brickell

Housekeeping used the non service lift blocking floors meaning long wait for lift during day. Not helpful if you were on the 13 th floor

The staff was very helpful and attentive ! I made a special request which was granted by Rachel with no hesitation !! The room was ready when we arrived early which was a big plus !! Very spacious and clean ! Great location walkable to Publix and transportation. I stayed in this area previously and will stay again because of its proximity to the cruise ports and airport. Will definitely book again at the Aloft!

The pricing for one night was almost 3 times that of the same day in any other week. I wouldn't have minded paying the extra amount if the standards matched the price, unfortunately they didn't. There was a problem with the original room we were given, the door would not close properly. We were then moved to another room after insisting that we did not want to wait for maintenance to have a look at the problem. The room was just okay. It obviously had not had any upgrades in some time. The bathroom, in particular, needs refurbished as it just looked a bit grubby. It also felt as if a strong gust of wind would have pulled the shower off the wall. To add insult to injury the valet parking charge of $40 is excessive, even for Miami. I wouldn't consider this hotel suitable for another stay.

The rooms are clean.The staff was nice. A little misunderstanding about breakfast.I hought it was included. The location was amazing.

My stay at Aloft Miami - Brickell was excellent. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, the location was perfect for exploring Brickell, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami.

The room was basic with no character, the safe didn't work and the air conditioner was really loud. The staff was nice though.

We stayed prior to our cruise the next day. Staff very helpful and the transport to the cruise ship was seamless!

Rachel at the front desk was wonderful called to check for early check in and she worked her magic and prioritized a room for us customer service extraordinaire! 5++stars

Staff were sweet & amazing to begin with! Our 3rd day there we arrived at the hotel in our wedding attire. The staff noticed we got married & prepared the sweetest congratulations bag for us with champagne glasses & complimentary drink at the bar & other small items! We really enjoyed the gift as well as our stay at the hotel! Clean spacious nice rooms, sweet staff. We had a great visit, Thank you Aloft
