Aloft by Marriott Miami - Brickell

Perfect location and easy access. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect 5 min walk to Brickell city Center. A lot of shops and restaurants. One elevator was not working, which was a downside. Staff was friendly. TV was not working well would not allow me to sign into the streaming apps and partially damage in the bottom with lines if you care about the TV. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

El único detalle es que el estacionamiento tiene un costo adicional, aunque hay estacionamientos cercanos con opciones más económicas. También noté un pequeño inconveniente con la ducha del baño, ya que hacía un ruido extraño, aunque funcionaba correctamente. En general, fue una muy buena experiencia y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

You could easily find something to eat. The way the rooms are set up. I’m not familiar with an open bathroom.

The front desk, each and every one of them, were wonderful. Very professional and helpful. Joshua went the extra mile to help me get dinner. Having transport to the port was exceptional. It arrived on time got us to the ship quickly.

The bar area 2 girls from the staff on probably from night shift were very rude. One of them claims to be a manager but they clearly didn’t wana listen their customer. Different room was alocated even after paying for room with balcony. Manager asked for extra money to pay to change the room. Staff is really the one very bad. Bedsheets were with yellow stain on it. Staff refused to change upon requesting for a new Bedsheet.

Breakfast system was a bit unusual.

Location The shower was small and had a slide door that touched the sink, making it difficult to move. The water pressure was also too low, making it impossible to wash my hair properly.

The room was large and it had a balcony and the AC was great. The balcony faced other balconies. The lighting was terrible, the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were pretty flat and there were no extra pillows in the room.

La ubicación Se escuchaba todo el sonido del pasillo y de las habitaciones contiguas, me despertaron un par de veces en medio de la noche. La oferta de desayuno bastante regular, no había opción de pedir huevos revueltos, la máquina estaba mala, las opciones eran bastante limitadas, solo se podía escoger un producto de panadería o una fruta como complemento. No hicieron aseo el día que no dejamos letrero de no molestar

Good location for me near to shopping mall and metro stop. SO SO good have USB sockets at the bedsides and some many on the desk!!! Friendly and helpful staff - 24x7 hours front desk is so useful!! Thank you More lighting in the sitting area please - natural sun light will not reach in the evening and door way light is not enough. Put a floor light will be useful, as ceiling is not possible/ structure change

Location blocks away from free trolley and walking distance to grocery stores and others places if going on cruise to get drinks and snacks. Staff friendly and helpful Nothing to say.
