The location was excellent for me cause I came to do some shopping. A shuttle service would have been nice

It is near to the hospital and shopping location.

Very comfortable and clean room, staff was very cordial and efficient. Breakfast was excellent and parking was very convenient.

It was located within walking distance at the mall. The service at the breakfast counter the morning we got there.

The close proximity to the dolphin mall and access to other shopping plazas and supermarkets was definitely an advantage. The onsite ATM and laundry room also made things easier. The staff were very helpful, great service overall.

The staff was very warm, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I love the location as well. It is easy to commute from there. Love the fact that a mall is just across the carpark from there. Despite the fact that the room was cleaned everyday, I think the carpet in the room needs to be industrially vacuumed/cleaned. It did not have a fresh scent it should have and that was a bummer.

Clean and friendly staff. All around excellent stay that's walking distance to Dolphin Mall, which allows for convenient shopping.

Staff were attentive and friendly. For a small additional fee we were able to check in very early and got some snacks included with the fee. Well worth the money spent. The room was spacious and clean but somewhat dated. Nevertheless, we had good sleep and enjoyed our stay here.
