Element by Marriott Miami International Airport

Overall a decent hotel to stay for one night before our cruise. It was comfortable. The suite we got was pretty small for 6, but it worked for a night. Not many frills, definitely needs some updating. Otherwise no complaints, it was clean!

Very nice hotel but they need to hire more staff to accommodate the volume of people that pass through the hotel.

The layout of the room is incorrect, if you open the sofa bed, the guests using the bed will have to go over the sofa bed in order to get to the bathroom or the kitchen. The windows do not insulate the exterior noise And the aircraft taking off across the road . Bring ear plugs, The breakfast bar choices were minimal. The waffle did not have any toppings, just syrup- potatoes were undercooked and the coffee was sour- Reminder you must pay pay $32 parking every night booked

Rooms were not very clean they had hair from someone else everywhere. Worst hotel ever!

The breakfast was always well stocked and there was a great variety of foods to choose from. The fuse to the tv's blew in our room, and we had maintenance there within minutes to fix it.

I had a great experience overall

The hotel was immaculate inside and out. The staff was very nice and they were constantly cleaning. We stayed in a suite and it was the perfect size and had great amenities for an extended stay. The pool was huge and always clean. Would highly recommend this hotel and if we’re ever back in Miami we would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was not great. There was confusion about the timing that it closed for multiple guests which ended with us just getting what was left. The staff was helpful and explained the misunderstanding but the information appeared to be inconsistent between the website and signage in the breakfast area.

My third stay here in the past 2 months. This trip was much better than my previous. The room temperature was comfortable and bath towels as expected ( towels are prior trip were not much larger than hand towels). The breakfast buffet was adequate. This was a decent value for the area.

The property itself is great…my room was dated and it smelled musty. This problem may be solved by allowing fresh sunshine in the room…there were two very large picture windows with blinds that were not in operation. Otherwise everything was good.

Easy location

The smell of the room is terrible, we could smell the strong painting oil from the bathroom all the time.

Hotel gets lots of customers which is great but their rooms and bathrooms need update.
