Shuttle helpful to get back and for the to airport

Every nice staff

Clean room. But needs extra night stand on the each side of the bed.

The restaurant was over priced with regular food

The hotel had an information sheet which had answered questions we would have had. We were able to do laundry without having to leave the building. One thing I kept mentioning to my partner was the wonderful smell of the hallway and bathroom. Also, just a shortwalk is a hotdog place called, Diyon. It is worth checking out.

The shuttle did not pull over to pick us up. He drove past us twice. Claimed we needed to be in the middle lane and flag him down for a ride. We called the hotel 8/14/26 requesting pick up on 8/16/26 at 11:00 am. It took 4 phone calls on 8/16/26 to finally get a ride. At that time I literally stood on the road jumping and waving to stop the driver. The van was also dirty inside. We did NOT tip or talk with the driver.

Room exceeded our expectations, staff great. I only wish there complimentary coffee in the lobby.

I booked with this hotel over night to go on a cruise and was told it include free shuttle service from airport. I notified them I landed and was informed ride to hotel was 5minutes. I called numerous times until receptionist kept placing me on hold without picking up the phone. I waited over 1h30m. I had to take a taxi because now I wondered if this place even excited. Customer service was ok while at the hotel. Booking said breakfast included I had to buy breakfast there. Be aware the shuttle service offered to the cruise port is $17 per person. Uber price cost less than $20.00 for 4 persons.

This my 3rd time staying here and enjoyed each time.

If you are use to motels then this is the place for you

The staff was friendly and efficient making the experience a positive one.

Everything was great and the staff

Pro: The room its self was great. The menu for breakfast and drinks net was the same choices. Con: The hot water and n the bathroom did not get warm enough. You could only use it certain times of the day in order to enjoy the lukewarm water provided by the hotel.

The pictures are deceiving. The hotel look like it was previously a semi renovated 1star facility. Mold in the bathrooms. The room had a musty smell. The sheets were dingy. I would never stay in this place again!

Airport shuttle was good. Port shuttle offered (for small fee) but did not use. Front desk helped with finding a ride back from port when my scheduled ride fell through. Asked if had a shower chair I could use and pretty sure they went out and purchased one to bring g to me (looked brand new).

You can tell the hotel is a little dated but it was clean. Added bonus for the fitness junkies is the workout equipment in the room. Rooms are spacious. The bathroom had caulking coming up on the floor and corners. Overall it was a good stay for overnight. Don't know if I'd stay here longer than that. Staff at the front desk was nice.
