Service was great, and clean

Everything was great except they didn’t mention that housekeeping is done every other day; there’s only a small tiny sign on the mirror saying it should be requested. I think front desk should mention it during check in.

Carpet and wall paper peeling off. Coffee pots didnt work outlets and phone chargers didnt work. No locks on Bathroom doors, they charge extra to park.

Everything was great

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in and out was easy. Clean and bright hotel, clean pool, good breakfast options. Close to many restaurants and shops, easy bus ride to downtown.

It was great. Breakfast was awesome. Close to target and food places.

Clean room

Nice stay here. Staff at front desk were great. Staff in the breakfast room spoke no English, so were no help. The breakfast options were minimal, not enough healthy options.

This is a fantastic property and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Breakfast could be better in t hat it needed wider choices. Was good and can be better. AC is fantastic, works very good. The hot and cold water needed to be better labeled for guest safety in the shower.

Shower curtain was not the one for the bathroom in question. There was little privacy issues. Thr Only window in the room 418 that we stayed curtain wasn't closing. All in all we made the best of it since it was just for one more night.

Great location close to everything $42.00 per night for parking on top of my weekly stay rate

Very clean hotel and staff was absolutely amazing. I left my Apple Watch behind and notified the hotel. They responded immediately and informed me that is was turned in by cleaning staff and would mail it to me. Nothing to not like

Room and breakfast My room was given away when I arrived abd they couldnt figure out what happen but told me someone checked in for me when noone was able to do that. they had to find me a last minute room so thank god someoen didnt show up. I traveled with my 2 kids abd I booked for 2 twin beds and they end up having to give me a 1 bed room. Basically I would never book again. mind you I booked months in advance and paid months ahead.

Very good

The room was nice, clean and spacious. The hotel has a parking garage for $40/day with in & out privileges which was nice. The pool was great too and actually no one was there so we had it to ourselves for over an hour. It is conveniently located near design district and wynwood.
