Room was nice and clean. No smell and WiFi was good. Coffee machine was good. Would stay again

Very friendly!

Ok,.

Good place for a few hours rest, but be ready to pay for parking space since is separated from actual room rate, is better if they just charge for everything at once than surprise you with extra charges is very unethical from my point of view.

Although the list of amenities is more or less accurate, this property is very dated and in need of a total makeover. The carpet is threadbare and grimy, old furnishings, wobbly elevator. I felt this hotel was grossly misrepresented by the website photos. There are apparently 2 buildings- we were put in building #2; the other building may have been better (I wonder if building 2 is where people who get internet bargains are placed?). Breakfast was expensive, a flat fee of $16 per person. However, I'm told the food was good- I didn't have breakfast because all I wanted was coffee. Shuttle service is hourly; our plane came in late so it was just after 1:00 am when we collected our luggage and called the hotel to pick us up. We were told we'd have to wait until the 2am shuttle arrives. After a very long day of traveling, we opted for a taxi instead... so much for the "free" shuttle. I apologized profusely to my traveling partners for arranging what turned out to be limited amenities and shabby accommodations. We will find another place to stay next time we're in Miami.

Morning front desk person seem rude. And the car they order dropped us at completely wrong location

Perfect for my purposes!

The pool was good. Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. They have available rental car service within the hotel. They have breakfast for a fee and car rental available.

The property feels quite dated, and the overall cleanliness did not meet my expectations. The bed sheets, bathroom, and carpet did not seem thoroughly cleaned. The towels were of low quality, and overall the experience felt more like staying at a motel than at the standard I expected from the listing.

The property is rundown and in need of updating. They do not have shuttle from the cruise ship. Once we got to the room and settled in, we noticed toenail clippings on the floor and stains on the sheets. When we called down to guest services the question they asked was “why are you just now calling us, when you have been in your room for over an hour?” Not I’m sorry to hear that, I’ll send someone right up or how can I make this better. Not that we need to explain but we left our room to a local store. It wasn’t until we came back from that when we noticed the room. If we would have had a car and we would have left.

Really enjoyed it. Shuttle was helpful

Great

Very brusque “welcome”, information rattled off at high speed with no eye contact. Unexpected parking charge of $20/day; $100 hold where Hilton charges $50; room key incorrect so I had to return from the 5th floor for re-keying; no breakfast included; really bad overpriced coffee in the cafe served by bored attendant after he finished his lengthy conversation. The barman on the 9th floor made an excellent mojito. Confusing billing.

They gave us a room with nail sticking out of the floor under the rug, went to the front desk and told them about it and they switched the room and said that we shouldn’t have been put in that room paid $55 to get in early and they said they would refund me because of the room i never receive my $55 refund
