Hyatt Place Miami Airport-East

Twice I went to lobby and waited 20 min for staff to show up with several other. Not a very secure facility

Room was dirty with hair all over couch, bathroom and beds. Glasses were dirty as well. Staff was pleasant at check-in and evening staff. Checkout staff personnel did not have a pleasant attitude and not very helpful. Breakfast was okay wish was better options. Bar was clean and easy to see what was available. I would not stay at this location again.

Breakfast was not too tasty. Pretty generic.

Very close to airport .

At night we heard constant slamming of the doors. Bedroom doors are heavy so everyone just lets them go and they slam loud. Pool furniture was a little outdated and broken. Water was turned off due to an “emergency” no one notified until we called and they advised it would be off for an hour.

Room was very spacious! Nice pool area. Incredible front desk staff! Awesome bartenders! Nice selection of breakfast food. Close to bus line so it was cheap and easy to get around. Definitely would stay again!

Clean and spacious room. Very close to Miami Airport. Helpful staff.

Stains on carpet. Dark stains on couches. Dirty sheets. Couldn’t use the sofa bed- huge brown stain on it. We arrived late in the evening and only needed one night so didn’t complain to management. Hotel pictures are extremely deceiving. Elevators were gross with crushed cereal and wetness in them. Staff at front desk was nice but other than that, I would never recommend staying here

I had to give this hotel 10/10!! We arrived later than expected as our flight was delayed. Now I am not sure if it is because it was a Wednesday or not but on the outside, the building looks a little worn, but the inside!!!! Wow! The main floor is beautiful, clean and smelled fresh! Our concierge was very nice, check in was a breeze, nice pool and large, clean room with updates! I was worried being so close to the airport that it would be too loud in our rooms, but we barely noticed it. Pool was great for our one night stay. Would definitely stay here again!!
