Hyatt Place Miami Airport-East

This place was above and beyond, clean easy to get too shopping areas and to harbor. The breakfast was restaurant approved. Pool was clean.

We liked everything about the hotel.

The morning and evening staff was great in handling my TV situation and my bathroom toilet situation. If I had to choose a hotel to stay at again while I’m in Miami on business or pleasure I would choose Hyatt. Thank you for making my stay wonderful.

Customer service was excellent

Bathroom door was missing. Toilet handle broken, shower door didn't stay closed.

Breakfast is relly bad!! Very poor food offer and terrible service.

Great rooms. I stayed in a disability room and it was very accessible. Even the beds were lower. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Very clean and spacious room. Excellent breakfast. They have food service and a little snack store that really nice and convenient but a little overpriced. I will definitely return to this hotel!

The hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance need improvement. At breakfast, some plates, cutlery, and cups had food residue, indicating poor cleaning. The room also had maintenance issues, including a faulty shower head and a sink that did not drain properly.

the carpet was dirty and mold in the shower but the service was good

Good stay

Staff and property management were very helpful. We got to the hotel earlier than checked in.Time. And you had a room available for us. It was very nice of them. Property was clean. We had access to the pool as well.

Location Ran out of breakfast before 9:30 am and when I complained about the service your staff informed me that am the only one complaining about not have adequate supply . I told him that why do we have to scrap for food, the food ran out before the cut of time and serving a bunch of garbage. If breakfast supposed to be from 6:30- 9:30 am also he informed me that it’s free could you please explain to your staff that it’s not free it’s in the room rate
