Kimpton EPIC Hotel by IHG

The staff was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the condition of the room was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, there was noticeable dust, and it had a strong mildew smell. The TV also did not work during our stay. While I appreciated the friendly service from the staff, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room need significant improvement.

I absolutely love this property. Everyone is friendly the space is very clean. It’s right in the middle of downtown. The view is amazing

Amazing stay

There are many reasons why I’m so negative about the property. Let’s start with the condition of the hotel - it is old and run down- and I remember when it was gorgeous. Then the hidden charges, the hotel didn’t disclose that its restaurant had an automatic 20% tip included, which is fine if they disclose it when they hand you bill, the the servers intentionally tried to hide it. Then the valet told me it was $58 a night, then came another $20 in fees and taxes. The food quality in Zooma was horrible, worst sushi I’ve ever had. horrib

we absolutely loved our stay there. It all started from the valet. great people & very kind and helpful. front desk was very welcoming and accommodating considering we brought our pup with us. Room was clean and maintained. Ran the next morning at the gym and it was a vibe. On our way out the front desk was very caring and helpful. i’d definitely recommend anyone to stay here for a few nights if you’re in the area.

Great hotel and great staff!

The general vibe of this hotel seems to be a hotel for 30 somethings to stay at while partying around Miami. Its fine but not the best family nor business hotel. The hotel is OK, clean, with average sized rooms. There is nothing very wrong about it just also nothing special. Its a bit noisy at night and the relatively thin walls mean you can hear the people in the rooms to the side and above. The small but very well stocked technogym gym is the best amenity. The pool is a bit "meh" and while we were there there were people drinking and vaping funny stuff in it. The driveway and valet is run by inept people who needlessly create traffic jams getting in to the hotel driveway by just standing around and not moving cars quickly, and not controlling where people leave their cars.

Room floors was dirty , trouble with bath, and the phone kept ringing . Other than that amazing stay still would book again

Amazing hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The beds were sooooo comfortable. That was the best night sleep I have had in a long time. The rooms were spacious and the balcony was a pleasant surprise. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very noisy and busy hotel.

My stay at the Kimpton Hotel was wonderful. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my visit. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was inviting, and the level of service truly stood out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

By far the best hotel we have ever stayed at! The staff was super friendly. Everything was clean and spotless. They made us feel like valued customers. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was 10/10 and the staff were absolutely amazing. I think this hotel may have given my pet the best welcome a hotel could give a dog. I almost got jealous, but of course the happy hour made up for it. Great hospitality, Kimpton!
