Was surprised at all of the amenities! Golf school, bowling alley, spa, gym, pool, full sized basketball court! It was insane! Staff was good, didnt need much. Was inconvenient getting to the floor to check in as you need a key. Otherwise amazing hotel! Also theres not a real mini fridge for leftovers. Instead a mini bar

My first time in Miami coming from a cruise and the hotel and staff were amazing. Everything I wanted and the view was breathtaking!!

Me and my hubby decided to get a room for my birthday and I absolutely loved it even though we didn’t get a city view we still enjoyed our time the hotel was beautiful and the view was still amazing can’t wait to come back . & oh valet is pricey we paid $76 for overnight which hubby was really pissed about

Clean hotel. Not bad. But I’d say more like a lux 4* than a 5*…. Advised to park elsewhere as they charge a extortionate rate of nearly $90 per night and be prepared to wait upto 20 mins for your car. Food was okay but would recommend trying external restaurants. Decent overall stay

Location is good and facilities ok, overall the room was clean but you need to keep the curtains closed as you are looking into the office building opposite Check in process took way too long (nearly 30 mins)

The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. My only surprise was an additional daily charge that I didn’t notice when booking. It may have been disclosed in the fine print, but it wasn’t something I was expecting. While it didn’t take away from our overall experience, I wish it had been communicated more clearly upfront. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider returning. The exceptional staff and service made our trip memorable!

The check in process takes 30-60 minutes then you have to wait 10 minutes for an elevator. The room was great, however, this was not a lux experience...
