Overall excellent stay. I forgot to have tip money on hand so I particularly loved being able to tip housekeeping and wait staff using the scan option. Super handy.

Convenience to highway They blamed third party for inertia on booking. Even though they clearly saw it wasn’t what we booked

Great location & cleanliness My email said we could check in at 3p.m., but i was told when I went to check in, it wasnt available until 4p.m.

Location Very clean and staff very nice

Confirmation of booking said checkin at 3:00. We arrived about 2:30 and were told rooms not ready yet and that checkin was at 4:00. When I mentioned the email staff said "oh we just changed our policy". I had a wedding i had to be at by 4:00 so I was really counting on the 3:00 checkin.

The stay was great staff was helpful friendly and attentive to my needs. Stores and restaurants were close by all and all a very pleasant experience.

Love the area. Hotel is nice and clean. Second time staying there and had the same issue as the first time. Exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom. Shower head leaked and the spout was really loose. Room was not ready at check in & was told they'd call, but they did not. Expected better from Hilton.

The bathtub in our room (210) did not drain well. Standing in water up to your ankles while taking a shower was not something that I liked.

The room was just ok. Some of the staff members were marginal at best. The hotel obviously has a vent problem related to the kitchen. I could smell old grease in the air upon entering the hotel. Only thing really nice were nearby shops/restaurants within walking distance.
