I was not notified at check in that the room would not be cleaned daily. My husband and I were surprised to come back to the room after a long hot day at the Cincinnati Open then to see the bed not made and the towels not refreshed. We had a week long trip consisting of several hotels and all of the others cleaned daily, so this was unexpected. The room itself was nice, but the bed was very hard. I took advantage of the laundry facilities, but unfortunately the load I did didn't rinse all the way and my clothes were drenched at the end of the cycle and in a puddle. The location was great with plenty of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance.

The hotel, including the room was VERY clean, which is much appreciated. The one thing a little strange is that if you want fresh towels, you place your dirty towels on a basket outside your door before 10AM and they are replaced with new towels. So, no daily housekeeping for a short stay, but for those who prioritize privacy it works.

As far as the room it looked ok just that there were a pair of socks left on the floor from the previous people . So made me wonder how clean it was . Food was great kitchen staff cery friendly and hard working

Loved everything about our stay. The staff were all so helpful. The room was huge and spotless. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious and great variety. Definitely recommend

Nice facility, room, and staff. Unusually good coffee for chain motel. And they had hot oatmeal, a plus for this traveler! Would have liked more fresh fruit for breakfast.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great and the staff there were friendly, inviting and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable, roomy and laid out well. Will be staying at more at IHG hotels.
