The beach front location, the ,design of the building and room. Huge underground parking was very practical, but difficult to locate due to unclear instructions issued by the hotel and one way roads in Middelkerke Parking is charged at an extra Eur 20 per night. We did not go for breakfast as Eur 30 per person did not seem to offer sufficient value. The bar located on the 1st floor had impressive views, however during the time of our visit was very busy with not enough visible staff. The overall experience of the hotel was pleasant enough, however the hotel lacked atmosphere. This is especially noticeable on the ground floor and reception area.

Nice room, spacious, warm and everything you need. Close to shops etc. In summer it must be great to leave the patio doors open and listen to the sea.
