Drury Inn & Suites Middletown Franklin

Breakfast was equallt good. Rooms were clean & quiet. Landscape and outside seating was exceptional. Overall this was a great choice in an overnight stay.

I compare all hotels to the average Hampton inn. This was slightly better but generally more expensive, so it should be

The property was decent. We arrived late in the day so missed food and drinks. Popcorn was all put away. Breakfast was good the next day. My issue was check in. The girl was completely unfriendly and rude. I came with an Apple wallet ID and she could not accept it and said she would get fired. Even TSA accepts Apple wallet ID. She told me she asked her boss who said no but it was obvious she hadn’t spoken to her bc she came right back within seconds. Later on the office manager told me he had left a message only. My husband was with me but they couldn’t accept his either and we needed to updated the name which this front desk person also couldn’t do. It took us an hour to check in. The front desk person was terrible at customer service. The office manager was nice and did come in to get this squared away. Just seems like for it being such a big hotel company that it shouldn’t be this complicated. They should be able to take electronic means or have ways to resolve it without an hour, multiple phone calls, and a manager coming in. We aren’t staying at a Caribbean bungalow, it’s a Drury in middle town America. They kept saying they were worried identity theft and AI but apparently I can board a plane with my Apple ID but not stay at a Drury in Ohio. Odd and crappy for customer service.

Every person who worked there was friendly and nice. The room was nice, spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed and my partner and I both had a great night’s sleep. Definitely recommend it!

I could go on and on about this place and how great it was from the moment I checked in! The young lady working Chatara and the manager Harold were the example of what Exceptional Customer Service looks like! Dinner was excellent as well and the 3 drinks included were a nice little perk! My room was upgraded at no additional charge due to something I didn’t ask I am assuming the one I booked online wasn’t available. My suite was flawless and larger than I expected and super clean & comfortable. The price was definitely higher than I’m usually comfortable paying but it was worth every penny and much deserved.

It's a nice play to stay. Close to a lot of retail stores and restaurants. The breakfast and cocktail hour is the cherry on top. If I had to complain, it would be that when there's a kid's sporting event, the kids take over the hotel and the pool area. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Everything was excellent. Especially the breakfast and dinner options.

Staff was excellent. Very helpful, friendly and efficient. Big shout out in particular to Denesha, Demetria, and Christiana!!! Will highly recommend friends and all to stay here!!

Great stay for quick trip with family

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast and snack time had a large variety of tasty food. We had a handicap suite that was large, clean and comfortable. Location was conveniently close to the highway, but the room was quiet.

The breakfast bar and the evening kickback food bar,which includes 3 free drinks of your choice, was great. I suggest getting a room on the east side of the hotel away from Hwy 122 because of the traffic noises. Great hotel.
