This property is multiple buildings. All standard rooms and facilities are located in Building 1, and all Suite rooms are located in Building 2.

Great room size with comfortable beds and a really nice location. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Given the price, I would have expected at least a continental breakfast to be included.

The location was great - beach across the street, nice park across the street The pillows were terrible - I thankfully brough my own. There should have been a table on both sides of the bed.

The location to the beach and cliff walk is excellent. The indoor pool is also a bonus. The hallways are very worn and need sprucing up. The elevator was very slow. Wish they offered a continental breakfast.

The hotel is very close to the beach, although you have to cross a road to reach it. It's also near the Newport cliff walk and the mansions if you're here for a tour. The restaurant across the street serves delicious fish and chips. The AC was very loud; I was relieved that the nights I stayed were cool enough to open the windows.

Everything except the laundry options. Need large laundry facilities. Just one dryer and one washer is not enough to accommodate even the guests in one building let alone several.

Location not too bad. Room was very clean. Spacious room. Bed way too soft/worn. Parking extremely tight. Not the best value. No coffee shop inside hotel.

It was very friendly. The room was basic, I liked that there was a washer/dryer, a pool and the community room with deck was nice as well. The staff were friendly as were all of the guests. The location right by the beach is amazing especially as parking by the beach is pretty pricey.

Good location You can tell that this hotel must once have been one of the best in Newport. Unfortunately, it now feels quite dated and in need of renovation. In particular, our room, which overlooked a construction site, no longer meets modern standards and felt rather worn. Considering the room quality, the price-performance ratio is not particularly good. That said, the hotel’s location is still excellent and remains its biggest advantage, making it a convenient base for exploring Newport.

Room was spacious and clean Door was not sound proof. Everyone coming down the corridor could be heard. The maids congregated outside the lifts about 830am to drink coffee and eat pastries whilst having loud conversations. If we weren't awake, we would have been.
