THREE OF THE SEVEN DAYS WE WERE THERE THE HOUSE KEEPING DEPARTMENT DIDN'T FINISH OUR ROOM UNTIL AROUND 4:00PM

My only complaint is that they are doing some construction on site and that was not made clear during booking, or when I spoke to staff on the phone. A heads up would’ve been appreciated. Otherwise, everyone was excellent, especially Hunter at the front desk!

Large, quiet room, shuttle bus to and from downtown Newport, great staff, outdoor bar space, on site restaurant, walk to other restaurants and Easton beach. Room decor.

Liked everything about it. We picked it cause it obviously had good reviews, the staff were outstanding. The hotel was not in the hustle and bustle of the village, which was a plus and it had a restaurant and indoor and outdoor bar included. The shuttle provided was clutch, an added bonus that hotel offers every half hour. The gentlemen that drove, were so amicable and knowledgeable. The corners on the beds, even though corner savers were on, they still were very hard. Can't say how many times walked into during the night, we ended up wrapping towels around the corners. Perhaps glow lights or motion lights on them would be helpful.

Location, Property, Staff and restaurant food were great. It is family oriented. Pool was great too, it was heated. Will come back!

The frequent shuttle service to downtown Newport made out trip so much easier and more enjoyable! The facilities were clean, beds were comfortable, and all staff were helpful. We plan to stay here again in the future!

Hotel was fine, only issue was the free shuttle. It was not on schedule as the information had said it would be. Had to wait 45 minutes one day to go downtown for dinner.

Return customer and have stayed here numerous times. Enjoy the room, location, outdoor bar and fire pit. Morning breakfast hit the spot. Travelled with a multi generational ladies trip. All of the ladies were first timers to the Newport area. They especially loved the hotel room & comfortable beds. Bonus were the outdoor weddings taking place on the property that they were able to capture a glimpse from our hotel room window. Will stay here again.

It was a great hotel. I particularly love the shuttle that brought you back and forth. A great convenience and wonderful drivers who gave us some history of Newport Rhode Island. My second stay here.

The hotel was so so nice. Big rooms, work nice beds. The pool was one of the largest I've ever seen at a hotel. Food was delicious. The parking was free.
