Boiler was out prior to arrival and during stay I was not notifed until after check in, no hot water, no ice bed was HARD so uncomfortable needed to extend one night card system went down tried 4 times to renew finally just checked out. Very bad trip

The staff here is always great. The boiler was toast this trip but I didnt mind because my stay was 1 night. The breakfast was great! I just love the staff!

No hot water. They had this problem at time of booking but it was not disclosed. No way would I have stayed there if I had known I could not have showered. Nothing was sanitary. Afraid to eat breakfast.

Even though I was notified 1 day earlier that there was no hot water, they didn’t even bother to transfer me to a different baymont nor charge a little cheaper. The hotel does not look nothing like the pictures they post on line. The staff was great and friendly. Would not stay here again.

Good breakfast but they had no hot water and didn't notify me until I was already walking in to check in. Also booked a king room and they gave me double beds instead.

The elevator was out on the property and they had no ice for the property all the ice machines were down not looking like any of them were ever going to be fixed

Not necessarily their fault but a water line busted earlier in the day so they didn’t have hot water that night. I was not notified until check in.

DO NOT BOOK THIS! It isn’t as it appears. We didn’t feel safe or want to leave our car in the parking lot. Looked like a crime scene. No sign on the building. A palm tree down in the parking lot. Blinds all wonky in the windows. Just creepy! Then Expedia wasn’t going to refund us - they couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone at the hotel. Finally got it sorted.
