Hotel Alpenstolz

The breakfast was, without exaggeration, the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The selection, quality, and freshness of the food were simply outstanding. The dinner was also excellent, with delicious food and great service. We had some unpleasant issues at the beginning of our stay, but the staff handled it very professionally and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. We really appreciated their attitude and customer care. The spa area was amazing perfect for relaxing after a long day in the mountains. Our room was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed.

It was a fantastic stay, we really enjoyed it. Very nice decoration, cozy rooms, really friendly staff, very nice breakfast and dinner.

Very nice staff, very spacious rooms, afternoon coffee and cake included and the wine! The only slightly disappointing part was that the sauna was out of order, which was one reason we chose this place to relax after a long drive and justified the cost.

Superb

Lot of space. You got a local tourist card for free so you could go up the mountain free of charge. Super sweet staff. There was only bathroom downstairs, so you had to walk up and down stairs every time you needed to use it.

We stay in this hotel regularly when going to Italy. We are alwaxs happy with everything. It is dogfriendly too.

The food was really good. Dinner was fantastic! The tomato soup served for dinner was the best I have ever tasted in my life. The Meats were also very well barbecued. The machine freshly-squeezed orange juice served during breakfast was interesting and it was really nice to drink, best fresh orange juice as compared to what I get in my home country. Room was clean and comfortable too. Met the owner who was very hospitable. There were too many house flies flying around at the Eating area. The hotel could maybe try to do something to reduce the flies. It will also be good if a small fridge and kettle could be provided

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable. The meals were generous and tasty - there were many courses. There was an underground car park and I usually managed to get a space. It was about a 30 minutes drive each morning to the glacier for our ski trip. There was a sauna and steam room in the basement of the hotel which we used just once. This facility was great, but we were busy - we would return from the slopes at 5:00 and dinner was at 7:30. All the staff at the hotel were friendly - every one had a smile, which makes a great start to the day. The hotel coffee machine broke down on our last day, One is not guaranteed an underground car park space.

was near alpine coaster it does need a small fridge I. the room to keep your drinks cold and maybe a kettle so you can have a nice cup of tea in the morning

Great location, superb rooms and fantastic food! Afternoon tea was a pleasant and totally unexpected extra bonus. A true holiday and home from home for the whole family. Thank you!

The staff was very helpful, room nice and charming, we had 4 course dinner and breakfast and the food was delicious. We stayed only one night on our way to Italy, but would ddefinitely recommend also for longer stay.
