The apartment itself was great and clean located in the beautiful Stubai valley , but the host’s attitude made the experience unpleasant. Upon checkout, he refused to return our security deposit right away, claiming it would be inspected later in the day—despite us needing to leave. After insisting and a lengthy discussion, he finally checked the property and returned the deposit. He was also dismissive when we asked for basic amenities like an iron machine , saying, “why would I provide one , you’re only here for two days—you’re not staying for two months,” and “ this is not a hotel” eventually he provided one . Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here due to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Most concerning was a racist comment the host made during the exchange, saying: “I don’t know why I always have problems with Arabs.” Such language is completely unacceptable. Although he was apologetic later on when confronted him, such language should not be used with the property guests. I was mislead by the high rating and I even read some great reviews about the host , I am genuinely surprised by the mistreatment and lack of respect we experienced.

The apartment was nice and modern and the host was very friendly and gave us helpful informations. The property was not far from the different skiing areas and Innsbruck. The restaurant was nice and the menu for Christmas was delicious. It was a little bit annoying that the bed sofa was comfortable for my son and that the apartment didn‘t have an oven. Too bad that the restaurant was only open at several days.

The owner fraudulently took our deposit, claiming that the apartment was not clean enough. However we cleaned, washed all the dishes and made the beds. We are super frustrated…

The environment is very quite with friendly people who smile and greet you. The apartment the best I have lived in since I started months travels since 15 years. Very clean and smells like was built yesterday. Tony and his wife are the most amazing people I ever met and I wish come come back every month. There are shops, recreation areas and public transportation at the vicinity. My 6 year daughter called it our second Home . Thanks Tony for giving us a chance to live in this wonderful place. Every thing was very good and equipment. I never called them for support.

This is the kind of place you don't see every day. Everything in pristine condition, ranging from rooms to facilities. Extremely clean and quiet. Simple and normal house rules. Keep it clean, leave as you found it, sort your garbage. Toni is there to welcome guests and help at any time day or night. A vacation delight, will definitely book again.

The apartment is new, beautiful and clean. There is a relatively large bathroom and an equipped kitchen. The parking is covered so you don't have to sweep the snow off the car in the morning. It was a bit cooler in the apartment even with the thermostat set on the heater. Nothing that couldn't be survived, but a little warmth wouldn't hurt! The road to the apartment is very steep and if there is ice or snow on the road, snow chains or 4x4 are definitely needed!

Beautiful clean, modern property in a calm location, the view from the windows was magnificent. The owner was very accomodating and was flexible to our request.

Excellent room. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom. Nice terrace. Comfy beds with chocolates on them for the kids. We had no issues finding it and checking in. We loved this place and would definitely recommend. There is nothing to dislike about this property.

We did not take breakfast. The property was very good. The directions could have been better as getting to the property was not easy. Also we requested for an extension for late checkout just by an hour which was rudely refused by the owners. They could have easly done it as I was travelling with senior parents.

5-minute drive to Schlick 2000 ski resort, and easy 30-minute drive to Stubai Gletscher resort. Quiet, small town with small SPAR supermarket for basic needs. Rooms were well furnished and very comfortable. Property had a separate ski room with boot heaters and ski racks (and a washing machine). Property also had a great restaurant downstairs (Zum Tony's) which catered to our very specific dietary needs (ie: allergies). The owner/operators were wonderful and very helpful and accommodating. The only thing to note is that the roads to the property are very tight and steep. Luckily, the road conditions were not bad when we were there, but with snowy/icy conditions, the roads will be difficult to navigate.

An amazing appartment in the middle of the nature. We had a fantastic time in this great place. We arrived very last minute after a problem with another accomodation and were very well welcomed immediately. The appartment is super well maintained, very clean, very modern and confortable. The floor heating makes it super comfy in this winter period. We loved the quality of the beds and the overall equipments. (kitchen, bathroom...) Everthing is there to spend a great vacation. Nothing at all. We had an amazing time in this place.

Very well maintained apartment with everything needed available. Superb restaurant with amazing meals (including a cozy and lavish BBQ, and pleasant thinking along with regard to the preferences of our kids). Comfortable service ensuring fresh bread every morning. Beautifully landscaped garden with very relaxing natural pool. Perfectly located in the nice Stubaital. Nothing, just perfect.
