Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Our room was really spacious with a balcony, an added bonus. The spa is really nice with a small pool, sauna and steam bath. Enough chairs to relax after skiing. There is also underground parking which is handy especially in winter. The breakfast was particularly amazing, a wide choice rarely found in hotels. Please keep that up. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, indeed the whole stay was a pleasant experience. We will be back ? Nothing to dislike

Super nice place and very friendly hosts. Great breakfast and also dinner optional. We really enjoyed the sauna and pool after long days. Free parking is a good plus for visitors with cars. We had a great holiday, definitely can recommend this place.

The breakfast has many choices and is delicious, including bread, crepes, scrambled eggs, sausage and salads… The staffs are very warm and friendly.

It was a lovely warm clean comfortable hotel, run by lovely people. The room was spotless and comfortable. The spa facilities were excellent. Breakfast was delicious. The location was great for the town and easy to reach the ski area.

It was a pleasure to stay there. The hotel is beautiful with a great view!! and with unique facilities (SPA area was exceptional ), rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Special mention to the amazing Ghizlane und Hubert who are managing the place and were extremely helpful and very kind ! I will definitely come back.

The fact that it doesn't have air conditioning. In rest, everything was great.

The hotel was excellent, very clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. We had to leave, I would not fault a single thing.

We stayed here in summer. The hotel’s location is perfect, in a gorgeous valley. We were very, very impressed by the quality of the organisation for summer activities - you get a free Stubai Super Card upon check-in that gives you access to, literally, a week’s worth of mountain activities (cable cars for hikes, water parks, etc.). Austria and the local authorities have certainly got something very right in making it fun and easy to spend your summer vacations in the Tyrol. We are definitely returning, I don’t think I’ve seen this degree of quality and coordination for tourism activities elsewhere in Europe yet. The hotel itself was great - our room was spotlessly clean and fully functional (lots of storage space) with a very pleasant balcony, and the hotel was very well kept throughout. It kind of gave me the impression that standards for cleanliness and tidiness are perhaps a bit higher than what I’ve been used to in other western-European countries. The buffet breakfast was probably the best I’ve had in continental Europe in this price range and for this type of hotel (i.e. small), with a large selection of very decent quality products, hot drinks, etc. We only used the little indoor pool once with our four year old daughter, which she loved (one of the walls is a flood-to-roof aquarium with fish !). Here too, everything (sauna, etc.) was perfectly functional and clean, and it’s certainly convenient to have them in your hotel (even more so during the skiing season). If we ever return (which looks very probable), we’re going back here :)
