Sauna was always available without prior booking, however there was no place ti put the things in sauna. Disappointing for that price point. For the price we paid we expected a more professional and guest-oriented setup. The overall impression felt closer to a private family home than a hospitality property. Common areas were frequently used for drying personal items, the lobby was often occupied for private TV time, and the atmosphere did not always feel welcoming for guests. Inside the apartment, the furnishings were inconsistent and insufficient, and the sofa was old and noisy, which affected sleep comfort. n the apartment itself, the furnishing felt somewhat improvised. The kitchenware consisted of mismatched glasses and limited seating — there were not enough proper chairs for five guests, and we were advised to use a wooden box instead. Overall, the experience did not align with the price level.

Owners were very helpful and friendly. My room was very large and had a great view. The pillows blanket and mattresses very extremely comfortable. Shower was hot and had great water pressure. I had to look around for the owner for a few minutes so I could check in because I couldn't call the phone number. But check in was easy after that AND they give you a Stubai Summer Card

The views, the family that run it, the location, where should I end? Just a wonderful place. Kid says it the most comfy bed he has ever slept in.. Listen... They are perfect for us, no hassle, but there when you need them and very very funny..adorable My car broke down but the hotel help and we're very helpful and understanding..

Lovely big family owned hotel in a great location to access both Schlick2000 and Stubai. Bus stop to both ski areas are a short (less than 5 min) walk away. Our room was spacious and with a nice balcony and views down the valley. The family running the hotel are lovely and friendly and were very helpful with information about the local area. No real negatives. It would have been nice to have a kettle and a fridge in the room but not a deal breaker.

This is a very nice hotel run by a family. I felt as if I had been invited to their place as a guest. The room was spacious with a great view of mountains (with a glacier!) from the balcony. I was even able to see shooting stars from there. Dinner was also excellent. The hotel location was very close to a bus stop and I was almost always able to find a seat in a bus (this may now be the case if you catch a bus in the direction of the glacier in a high season). Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay in this hotel. Thank you for your great hospitality! It would be great if there was a soap in the sink!
