There are 3 underground garages, so perfect to keep the car clean and warm in winter. The wellness center is very big and there is everything you need. The food is great. The amount we paid was nothing compared to what we got. At 6.30 am on Sunday morning the church, located just some meters away from the property, began to ring its bells 100 times. After that every 30 minutes I could hear them again (10 times). The pillows are not very comfortable.

The staffs are very unfriendly and their attitude is very terrible. We are a small group and some are older man, they arranged us to the rooms without elevator, we need to claim the stairs with heavy luggages. In the morning when we are going to have breakfast, we’ve been noticed that we cannot sit on the main area, but a separate table very far away to the breakfast area, even though there are many seats available in the main area, the staffs are very rude and they didn’t give us a reason to do this. We won’t stay here again and we advise other Chinese travelers think carefully before you choose here.

We don’t want to believe but we do feel discrimination during our stay in this hotel. We booked 11 rooms via booking.com as normal guests but we have breakfast in the morning we’ve been noticed that we are not allowed to sit in the main area but a separate table very far away, we need to walk through the lobby to get the food. And the staff don’t give any reason to do so when we argue about this difference treatment they said they will call the police.

the hotel is very beautiful, the breakfast and dinner are very good and all the staff of spa and restaurant they didn’t gave the room we booked. it supposed to be a 30m2 with balcony and we stayed on a 15m2 without no balcony. also the front desk staff could be more helpful. we heard about a visitor card to go to visit Innsbruck from the bus driver and not from the hotel

the spa was lovely as was the breakfast, the staff were friendly my bed was uncomfortable, i could feel the springs and had to place a duvet over the mattress and underneath my body

Food was really good. Spa was fantastic - lots of space and variety. Great location close to trails. Only one coffee machine - always a line at breakfast. Staff was very nice, but at dinner they were a bit disorganized. No one seemed to be responsible for our table.
