Friendly staff, great breakfast, excellent location and very nice wellness area.

The breakfast exceeded expectations. Lots of options to choose from. The omelets were amazing. Mattress was a little firm but I slept fine. Shower head was a little low but not a problem. Great water pressure.

This is a traditional hotel, walking in it feels like a blast from the past. Dark wood and old school furniture. The couple running the hotel are absolutely delightful! They were incredibly friendly and very attentive throughout my stay, saying good morning over breakfast and answering all my questions. It was a joy to see them work. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Plentiful and very fresh. With the ability to order omelettes and pancakes etc. Make sure you have plenty of time in the morning to enjoy it all whilst looking out at the mountains. The spa area is very spacious with 3 different saunas and a small pool. Very basic gym and a pingpong table. It was the perfect place to relax after a day on the mountain. The room was very spacious but did lack the basic tea kettle and water that I would have expected. I found a pair of reading glasses under the bed from a previous guest which made me wonder how efficient the cleaning staff are :)

Fantastic breakfast with very tasty freshly made omelets, pancakes etc on request. Tea in pots. Can’t fault it.

The family room arrangement and equipment was great. The breakfast was very good. The sauna was very nice, too.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a complaint with my bed and mattress. They tended and changed the mattress the same day. The facility is clean but showing the age. The bed I was sleeping had a broken slate (one of the wooden lines) under the upper body part and the mattress was too old and crashed (way too soft). I took the mattress to the ground and slept on the ground one day. This shouldn't happen in any hotel. They fixed it and replaced the mattress with a harder one.

Hotel owners are the best. Hotels has pleasant vibe. Breakfast was good Room’s design is outdated. Hotel needs some improvement. No dinner served.

The people running the hotel are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is really varied and offers freshly made pancakes, waffles and different kinds of eggs. The wellness facilities are very good with a small swimming pool, sauna and steam room. The location is great, just two minutes from the main bus stop serving the ski bus. The only downside for me was a very soft mattress.

The owners are super friendly and helpful at every aspect. The whole stay is organized with perfect timing and setup for ski holidays: power breakfast in the morning as the starting point for skiing, the ski bus stop right at the doors of the hotel, ski room with racks and driers for every kind of ski equipment and with separate entrance. Upon the return after ski day spa area welcomes everyone for the good recharge, and nice an cozy fireplace is there for those willing to get calm moments after an intense day. The furniture in our room was is a bit outdated, and bathroom was extra small though had all the needed facilities. The hotel doesn’t have restaurant on site, so to eat smrh beyond the breakfast hours one has to find something else. Restaurants nearby are usually only available based on booking in advance.

very nice staff, very nice breakfast , very clean it is outdated egg the pool area , there is no restaurant in the hotel, also in the toilet in the room there is no sink to wash hands , it is not standard of a 4 start hotel but rather a 3 one, and so we found it overpriced

Friendly staff and very clean. Great location. No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms. Although breakfast was good we had to ask for basic things like sausages and bacon to be cooked as they weren’t out as you would find in all the hotels we have had a buffet breakfast in before.

The owners were very helpful and caring, making sure that every need is met and the stay is as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is outstanding, the location was perfect for skiing and the sauna in the afternoon as exceptional to round off the day.
