Only 5 minutes away from the Serlesbahnen winter sports area, this family-run hotel is located in the picturesque village of Mieders at the beginning of the Stubai Valley. Brenner Highway is a 10-minute drive away. Hotel Serles combines a traditional Tyrolean ambiance with a family atmosphere and many sports activities. The spa area features an indoor pool with a counter current system, a hot tub, a Finnish sauna, an aromatic steam bath, a solarium, and massages. Beauty treatments and wellness consulting are also offered. The restaurant serves a wide selection of culinary delights and fine wines. Depending on the season, the daily program of activities includes hiking and jogging excursions, Nordic walking, aqua gymnastics, relaxation exercises, and much more. Photography and drawing workshops are organized as well. The family-friendly Serlesbahnen ski area is in the immediate vicinity. It features a ski school, child care, illuminated natural toboggan runs, and a beautiful cross-country ski run with panoramic views. The Schlick 2000 ski area is also close by. The Stubai Glacier can be reached in a short drive from Hotel Serles.

Lots of areas to go have a seat-library, outdoor deck, and a kids playground and indoor playroom. Our room had a lovely deck looking at the mountains. And the meals were fantastic! Nice spa and pool area, spa services on weekends. That we had to leave.

I'm absolutely in love with this hotel! I stumbled upon it through a random emergency trip and the I couldn't be luckier than I did. The reviews and the rating I saw for this property are 100% well deserved. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful as well. It's a family owned and run business and in this case it shows in the best way possible. Thomas/Joseph and I are best friends now (I hope they know it). The food from breakfast to dinner is exceptional and surprisingly tasty (I'm very picky) and the options are really good. Fresh juice is available whenever you want as well as locally sourced foods. There's an indoor pool and spa with massage services as well on top of a beautiful property. I cannot wait to come back here. No AC or fan in the rooms, and in typical european fashion, no screen on the windows so my room had mosquitos and became a little warm at night.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was reach, dinner was beyond all our expectations .the hotel runs by a family and that's the feeling you get . Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Especially Thomas and his mom who are there all the time.

Lovely family run hotel, friendly staff, nice breakfast, good facilities, decent location for gondola up mountain. Everything was good, no complaints at all so hard to write three sentences!

Wonderful stay with our family! Very kid friendly rooms with bunk beds were a huge hit! The food at the hotel vastly exceeded our expectations. My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning or any sort of air circulation in the summer.
