AQUA Resort by Bel Mare

The location is very good, and there are some atractions for the kids The swimming pool was disappointingly small considering the facility's size (impossible to swimming to cround) ; the second option was more of a play area than a swimming spot. For an aquapark, I expected more. There was a third option, but it required an additional fee, which seemed excessive since we had already paid a lot to be there. Additionally, parking on the street incurred extra charges all around. On top of that, everything else came at a cost, and breakfast was overly crowded.

The location is excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The property provides ample facilities and activities for children. While the sauna is compact, it is quite pleasant. The aquapark remained closed at the end of April. The indoor pool's capacity was insufficient for the visitor volume.

Everything on the location Parking was not included in the price and the parking deck was a good 10 minutes walk to our apartment.

Exceptional good breakfast. The hotel is too big. It’s too little staff for too many people.

Large, clean rooms. Large selection for breakfast, restaurant not crowded early in the morning. Kids loved playing table tennis and the rock-climbing wall. Tiny pool, temperature could be a bit higher. EV charging option would be great if it wasn't ridiculously priced. Most hotels offer free charging or at least charge less than public chargers. Parking itself shouldn't be that expensive out of season. Don't really care about the TV, but if it's there, it should offer at least a few channels in Polish.

The room was nice and clean. Disco music and drunk guest screaming at 2AM. Dear Bel Mare Hotel, Our family reserved your hotel by Booking.com from 7th to 8th of September 2024.  After breakfast, our family went to swim in an indoor swimming pool, where my 10 year old son was injured with unbearable pain.  The fountain in the main pool obviously works by pumping water from the main pool. Since my son is an excellent swimmer (3+years in swim club, silver grade), he flip turned trying to push himself from a pool wall, where that pump filter sucked his back for 10seconds and could not pull himself out of the water. He said the pump was too strong to detach, and 10 seconds effectively left enormous painful red marks on his back (picture attached).  He was shocked by the accident,  he had extreme pain for two days and generated phobia from swimming.  I have reported the situation to indoor swimming pool worker (Russian speaking man), he took pictures and told me he will talk to managers about it, as he mentioned tho me. He told the managers before, and they did not take any action, which is extremely unprofessional from the resort's side.  I took my son to the reception desk, and they told me you do not have any first aid kit to ease his skin pain, anything to help the healing process, and no medical assistance provider at all.  After two email and thread that I will report the incident online, they offered 50% voucher valid for 1year only. Ridiculous!
